Excellent location, and very helpful staff. We had a family room on the ground floor which was great for us - parents and two teenage kids.
There was nothing not to like - it is a one star Albergo and as long as that is what you are expecting I think you will be pleased.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, easy to walk to all main sites. Elena was so helpful with general information and assistance when needed.I stayed three nights and found it surprisingly quiet at night, it was a real pleasure to stay here.
Quaint room - everything there that is needed - very friendly accommodating staff - great location
All good - could have done with a bar fridge but not a big deal
Excellent location - in striking distance of everything that you would want to see in Turin on a quick 2-3 day break.Very nice, charming and attentive family service.Very handy parking space for our hire car right outside the hotel at EUR20 per day.Good wifi.
It was hot - 34 degrees celsius in the day when we were there in late June. Air conditioning in the room could only get it down to around 25 at night. The bathroom was a bit rickety and crumbly but it was clean enough and everything worked.
The location is good, and the staff were friendly. It was also very quiet.
There is no lift, but thats the building.

Clean, good location, helpful staff.
The lock on the door didn't feel that sturdy or safe.
