Location. Staff was nice.

The hallways are not clean. And then room is pretty bad. Terrible lighting. Bathroom very uncomfortable.

Excellent helpful service and staff. Great location. Managed to get a room on short notice after unexpected travel plan changes.

Great location in the heart of Turin. Room was big with a big bathroom. Clean room with big windows. Walking distance to city centre and very close to Porta Nuova Train Station.

The hotel was in a perfect city-center location, which was ideal since we stayed in Torino for just one night. It allowed us to explore as much of the city center as possible on foot. At the same time, Porta Nuova station was only a three-minute walk away, making it easy to travel further by metro or train.The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.I highly rate and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location in the city, which is very convenient for tourists. The staff was very friendly. I requested a room change because the rooms on the fifth floor were tiny and had no windows, and for that price, we expected a better room. On the first floor, although the rooms are small, at least they have windows… however, the street noise in the early morning makes it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was good.

What I didn't like was that the price was perhaps a bit high. I booked through Booking.com, and I don't know if this company is charging higher prices. The last two times I've booked, the price has been very high for the quality of the hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean, quiet room, great location for the historic city centre and Porta Nuova train station, really helpful staff (especially Davide who was working nights and gave us a very good recommendation for a late night restaurant/bar to head to - we arrived quite late).

The breakfast was exceptional! I complimented the staff and enjoyed every bit of it for two mornings. We were also given a very, very good restaurant recommendation from the desk staff. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Maid service was great. Location was fantastic.

There was NO parking. It was a problem. The garage was unavailable for some reason, and street parking is impossible. We spent a LOT of time driving, looking, parking, paying for parking, etc. Directions to find parking were mixed messages from the desk.

Fantastic location, helpful staff

Only a couple of small details with the room. The shower didn’t drain properly and took a very long time to warm up. The room was also a little cold, even with the heating on.

Poor

Two of the three nights that we stayed, at 9:00am workers were doing maintenance in the room next to us. A jigger was used. We had to leave the room cause of the inconvenient noises.
