Pros +
- The shower was pretty unique and entertaining, plus, it was helpful for my travel to be across the street from the train station.
- Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff. Elegant place; not plenty of useless amenities, but essential and functional for a good stay in Turin
- Affordable no-frills 2-star hotel close to the station
Cons -
- The style of towels was unappealing to me, but they were clean and functional.
- neighbourhood has prostitutes on the street even during daytime, and after dark it's a bit rough; room was worn and matress too, i almost rolled out of it; alongside busy road, cars passing by let the building shake; no value for money
- Very basic breakfast.

Good location, literally next to the train station. Small fridge in the room.
Very basic breakfast.
Location is great for easy train station access which was good for me. The staff was very helpful. Hotel is just 20 minutes walk from main attractions in city centre.
A tad noisy, bed was so so.
Lovely clean, friendly hotel directly opposite the train station.
Owner was kind to meet late. Good bonus - free cancellation.
Location near train station. Could be challenging night walk , as too many shady persons around. But it it overall in Turin these days. Nothing to do with property.
5 Stars for this cute little 3 star hotel! Right across from the train station, yet quiet. A good quality bed, simple but clean room with excellent service. Host came himself to show me how to adjust the heat. Very ample breakfast with selection of fruit, juices, pastries, cereals, ham and cheese. It was great to have the option to choose PLAIN yoghurt (which i prefer) in addition to the usual sweetened options.
Clean, friendly and very convenient
Nothing - the staff and facilities were lovely
This was my first visit to Turin. I went for the tennis tournament so I was only there 3 days, but I loved the city and I loved the Hotel Nizza. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - whenever I asked a question or needed anything, they went out of their way to help me. The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the food was excellent. I will go back to Turin one day, and when I do, I will definitely stay at the Hotel Nizza
There wasn't anything I didn't like
A family run hotel, with very friendly personnel. Good quality of everything in it..A kettle for coffee/tea in room (I had a cold) would help...
Nothing that one would consider it important
Spacious clean roomGood breakfastLocation (very handy for station)
Nothing to dislike
Across the street from the train station
The neighborhood is across from the train station, so the area is sketchy. There is a big red welcome mat in front. The mat is dirty and full of cigarette burns. The area around the front door is dirty, as well. To get to the room, I had to take an elevator for the building next door, but at night I could use the hotel elevator. The room was large. The bathroom was huge. The bed was OK. No blanket on it. Just sheets and a bedcover. There was a blanket in the closet that I put on top of the bed cover. The heat is controlled by the hotel. It was very cold in the room at night. The shower has jet pulse options, but none of them worked. The towels were very flimsy-almost see through. No actual glasses, plastic cups. But, the room was clean.
It was easy to get there and the location was good. The hotel was very clean although a bit older. The man who greeted us gave great instructions on parking and we were able to park our car right next to the hotel. For this, a big thank you! ??
The room was a bit small and quite old. But it was clean and one night was spent comfortably ??
Very good
someone called me to ask me turn TV off at 2 am while I was sleeping with nothing turned on in my room. ??
Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.
On the corridor there was quite a bad smoke smells as some guests might smoking in their rooms.
The price we paid for what we received was 5 star! The hotel was immaculate.Staff helpful as my grandson was sick and we needed a bit extra time to check out.Breakfast was great
Room, bathroom and location was very good.
They need to improve breakfast, to be more present in the bar and clean the tables.
