Easy to access and good place to stay

While booking I selected “pay later” but the money was taken immediatly, I wanted to pay at the arrival

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and kind.

The location was a bit far from the centre but the hotel was very pleasant

The room, the bathroom, breakfast was abundant!

It was conveniently located by the road into Turin, which is what we were looking for. The road noise is very minimal with the window closed. The room itself was okay—bed was comfortable, pillows too.

We kept the door and opposing window open as long as we could in an attempt to air out, and even considered sleeping with the window open. However, assuming that was just bad luck, the rest of the experience was really fine.

Nothing maybe the breakfast it was good but all plates looked very old and broken

The hotel is really old not renewed don’t feel clean at 1st the staff that did the check in was very sweet , apart from that I went to my room it was really hot I asked they said it’s winter ( we are at fall) the AC only works at heater so I couldn’t sleep at night because the room was very hot I wanted to shower the towels had all cuts and looked really old so I got disgusted and didn’t use them , I only choose this hotel because it was near the oncology center I came to visit for work when I checked in I asked the girl in the reception if I can leave my bags there in the morning she’s like yes ask the girl who covers in the morning so I came to check out early morning because I have to leave to work the girl in the front desk was very rude speaking in a non polite way refusing to help pointing at the street telling me to put my bag at easy box and it was 7 am so it was closed they open at 9 ! It’s not the guests problem that she had to wake up and work early morning we all do that she should be polite with guests and understanding so the problem was solved at the end by the manager ! If I was informed from night that baggage couldn’t be kept in the reception I would’ve arranged my self to solve the problem but coming for work and forcing me to take my luggage with me ! That’s not acceptable it was a small handbag that didn’t need all this fuss

Very good location and great views of the mountains

It was quite out of Turin so took a while to get in by bus or tram but apart from that was very good

Good facilities, very clean room, spacious, modern as well. Coming with a friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Unfortunately the nights were tarnished by a lot of noise, and a mid location.

A pleasant hotel in a good location for exploring Turin. Simple rooms with comfortable beds. Very, very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was really accepting about our check-in delay (transportation issues) compared to our expected arrival set in our reservation. The room is accessible thanks to the unique code which also lets you enter the building after 11pm. Floors are reachable by either stairs or a lift. In the room there were available toiletries in a sufficient amount, as well as towels in both sizes. The room had air conditioning, a safe, and a smart TV. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations; daily cleaning available upon request (via tag on the door).Despite the hotel being right next to the main road, the room was quiet. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket and a restaurant with great food. When in need, there are also vending machines for food, drink or other necessities (electronics, pads, other common medical supplies,…) available until 11pm.This place also offers breakfast, but we didn't opt for this option, so cannot review.

The hotel is a bit further from the centre, and since we didn't have a car at our disposal (although there is available parking for a fee), we were depending solely on the public transportation, which was rather scarce.

Air conditionner

The beds had bed bugs. The fridge was doing a lot of noise close to the bed. The smell was horrible, probably other rooms toilets smell that was coming directly instead of being ventilated. The bed was so inconfortable, so I couldn't sleep... only to notice in the middle of the night bed bugs on me. We initially scheduled to stay 3 nights but had to run after the first night, without even checking out... I just hope we didn't bring any of it home

Location for this price is quite good! There is a bus stop and can get to the city center in 20 min. The room was quite good to be honest, mini fridge, bathroom is also good, with big TV and desk for work
