Very nice hotel built in the old Fiat Manufacturing site. On the roof top the test Track can be viewed. Ask for a rebate at the hotel. Very close to the metro. The room was clean and really big! Beds were good! We had to leave early to the airport but got an espresso and croissant before we left! That is service!

Brought my husband here for his birthday as he has always wanted to visit the Lingotto Fiat Factory. The place was very easy to get to via the yellow metro line from Turin centre. The hotel is enormous and the Fiat theme runs throughout. We stayed in a junior suite with a garden view and the room was exceptionally big. The hospitality in the bar and restaurant is really good too. Because we booked through booking.com we were given 4 free drinks and 20% off in the restaurant. The carbonara was delicious and we were continuously topped up with bread/snacks. If you are staying here and planning to visit La Pista 500 (the rooftop test track) you can access this for half price (€2) and can spend as much time as you like up there. The views of the alps were beautiful.

Location great for ease of access into centre. Nice big rooms with good facilities. Good food and breakfast in the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Could do with plug sockets next to the bed.

A lovely hotel.Very comfortable.Excellent breakfast.Our room( a suite) was very very spacious and the bed was super comfy.Throughout the hotel the staff were friendly anf polite.Brilliant

The location is quite special and conveniently close to MAUTO and Eataly, which was a big plus. It’s also in the Lingotto area, so while there isn’t much immediately around the hotel, it’s easy enough to get to the city centre by bus or metro. The room itself has a really nice design—especially the subtle car-themed details, which fit the building perfectly. Overall, the place was mostly very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have slippers provided, as we don’t wear shoes inside and our socks got dirty on the floors. The TV also wouldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, and we couldn’t use Chromecast either. The rain shower head had a noticeable buildup of mineral deposits, which put us off using it. We also booked a room “with a view,” but it only faced the inner courtyard and looked directly into other rooms—so it didn’t really feel like a view at all.

Great staff, very friendly and professional. NH is one of our favorite brands and we’ll definitely keep visiting the chain in Italy.

Wonderful big room, warm in winter, good wifi, bright big windows facing the Lingotto shopping mall. Big bathroom, plenty of hanging space, nice shower, breakfast is very nice, good choice for every taste, parking directly outside which is free. Lingotto Metro station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and takes only 10 minutes to get into the city centre at the cost of €2 per person one way, so you can park and ride into the centre of Torino. You have to try the Biscerin coffee in Turin, coffee chocolate and topped with cream (see photo).

Absolutely no complaints. I would be happy to stay here again.

Nice atmosphere, clean, comfortable.Location good for me, near the National Motor Museum, also being in the former historic Fiat factory complex was a bonus. Easy parking.

My room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly. There is also the option to store your luggage after check-out free of charge.

The only negative point is that the hotel is located far from the city centre and the major sights. However, there is a metro station very close, and the train ride to the city centre takes about 15 minutes.

Staff can be more welcoming and helpful. There was no visible luggage trolley upon arrival that I need to manually transfer my luggages in few trips.

Bad

Checking in horrible, slow, recurring guest (5x), no acknowledgment of honesty & listening to our wishes. Lamps broken (5 nights), charging for breakfast which we did not book/advance payment. Disappointing reception attitude/behaviour.

The room was more spacious than I expected, and I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and even during my three-day stay, I could select different options each day, which was very satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

Building full of history. Fantastically transformed by Renzo Piano in the 90’ The choice of using design furniture (eams, artemide, floss, etc.) is simply great. Being in an old fiat factory, the rooms have huge volumes.

Long waiting line at check-in/checkout. Only two receptionists during rush hours is definitely insufficient

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, though it could include a dedicated section with more regional products (without taking away from how enjoyable it already is).The room exceeded my expectations — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a modern TV with YouTube access.The location is not central, but having a metro station just a short walk away makes it very convenient for the price.Being close to Eataly was a great surprise, allowing us to shop for local products at better prices than the duty-free.The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and located near the historic FIAT headquarters, which adds to the experience.

The hotel offers room service, which is a nice feature, but the prices were quite high.
