I had the corner room. It's spacious and well-lit. The room was clean and well kept. Check in and check out is super easy

Nice and clean, pretty central location close enough to transit. Didn’t really interact with the hosts much but they seemed on top of things. Offered bag storage.

The bag storage was at their other location, which was a bit of a walk, but not that big of a deal depending on how much stuff you have.

The "No Smoking" signs not used in the apartment. The other guests, ffom neighbour room , were smoking. The smell was horrible.

The breakfast menu is limited. For breakfast, you go to a nearby cafe and get a croissant of your choice and a coffee. Also, we were quite cold at night, and there was no large blanket or heater.

Everything was good. The room and bathroom were clean at a high level. The white walls were a little dirty at the bottom. The room had an air conditioner which really saved us in the heat. Convenient self-check-in system at the hotel. In the common corridor you will have a coffee machine and capsules for making coffee. Also in the room there was a mini-fridge which for some reason did not work correctly, but if it is fixed then it is a big plus. All the necessary information about breakfast, Wi-Fi or even excursions around the city is placed in frames on the walls of your room, very convenient and you do not need to look for anything yourself.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of breakfast. The website stated that breakfast was included in the stay, but in fact the cafe where breakfast was supposed to be provided was closed. We were left without breakfast. Also, the room does not have the best soundproofing, if there are noisy neighbors in the next room, they will disturb you. But overall, for its price, this is a great option for accommodation!

I liked how the host was very quick with the response time, I was able to receive prompt attention to my queries. Also, the cleaning staff always came in the morning and cleaned the area around.

The temperature of the room was a bit difficult to adjust, they said during the time we stayed the heaters were off in general, therefore we were not able to turned them on.

The central location

The AC forces you to keep the window open and it is too hot to not have it on. Plus it is noisy and doesn't allow you to sleep. Showerhead was falling on the floor. Fridge could not fit a little bottle of water. Picture does not correspond to reality.

It is clean, and nice location

The air conditioning didn’t work, well it did but super loud and heated the room more, then cooled it down. So we had to turn it off. The claimed breakfast is a shit show. We came to the cafe and they offered one tiny bun or a croissant and one drink.

The room is decorated nicely, the bathroom is rather big. Vouchers for breakfast were available in the room (we didn't have breakfast).

This is not a hotel although the word hotel is used in their communication and, I filtered my booking options by only looking at hotels... it is a serviced apartment with 3 rooms. We heard every single noise, from the main door of the apartment being open and shut, to when the other guests went to the bathroom. Highly uncomfortable, very noisy, overall it gave me a sense of lack of safety.

location is perfect，just about a few minutes' walk from Royal Palace. Breakfast provided is fine,and the server over there is really enthusiastic and patient.
