Nice hotel in the historic centre.Friendly,pleasant staff.

Nothing it was all good.

Perfect location in the heart of the center (walking distance for many sotes) with an excellent restaurant (breakfast was perfect too). Very kind and attentive staff. Spacious rooms and all extras included.

Traveling with my young son, we were in bed by 22:00. Our room was just above the restaurant. It was noisy until midnight unfortunately.

The breakfast was awesome. And the location was perfect in that it was close to all the sites, but quiet at night. And the staff from beginning to end were super super lovely.

Excellent location & staff were super friendly & helpful. As with many European hotels there was no lift but the staff helped carry our bags to & from our room! Had dinner in the hotel & it was reasonably priced & tasty.

Great location, a few steps from the main square. Clean and comfortable.

Advertised laundry dropped off in morning would be returned that night, but told us at desk it would not be ready for 48 hours.

Excellent position

the hotel seems in need of some upgrade, the room was quite of ‘ tired ‘ , the mattress needs to be changed, we could feel the bed springs in our backs which does not help. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring.

Had what I needed! Quiet place, hot shower and accomodate extra needs like having breakfast 30mins before regular time

We love the central location period it's a charming older boutique style Hotel and the gentlemen at the front could not have been more helpful. The breakfast that was included was good, and we also ate there for dinner which was delicious.

Since it's October, we could not get the air conditioning on which meant we had to leave the windows open and the street noise was quite loud.

Charming hotel in the best location possible with 50-200 meters of famous sites. Very lovely staff. Great food at the hotel. Private parking a plus.

A quiet very well run and convenient hotel, close to the main attractions-friendly staff made us feel welcome, very clean and old fashioned Italian in a good way-food for both breakfast and dinner was fine -we were very pleased with this little gem

Not the hotels fault but there was a rumbling noise from the underground which started at 5 30 am but we soon got used to it

breakfast was ok but nothing special

Very average , outdated hotel.Room was dark and tiny with widow covered from outside so there was no sunlight access to it even though the day was bright and sunny.Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast very limited with only cold continental buffet but at least was included in price. Location is great so if you just want place for sleep and head into town than its a place for you.Oh yeah , make sure you tighten your belt before you put the room key in your pocket cuz they attach keychain to it that weighs like half a kilo ?

Excellent location for sightseeing the town. Good breakfast, friendly staff & very clean room, Parking is in the hotel.

No elevator but not a problem for us

Superb location, great staff always helpful, decent breakfast, room serviced daily, walking distance to many must see attractions. Close to several restaurants.

My bed had uncomfortable springs in the middle. The balcony could have been an asset but was neglected with dead plants, an old AC unit, and an unusable double sun lounger.

no elevator. had to climb the stairs with the luggage. fortunately bell hops able to help with that. parking was secure but very difficult to access.

Location was good and it was clean.

The female staff were great but the man was unpleasant in his attitude and also demanded we leave the key at reception. He said said we were ‘obliged’ to. Also the room was noisy and not enough blankets. There are plenty of hotels to choose from so won’t be back.

This is a classic style hotel, very central but also quiet, with a nice restaurant of regional cuisine. All service is excellent.
