Perfect location close to a Terminal. Charming ambiance. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Very helpful staff.

I went in winter and it seems they open (or close) the heat early in the morning, so the whole room and bathroom start making noise. Terrible if you are a light sleeper

The shower/bath combination was difficult to enter/exit due to the hinged glass door making the shower area somewhat small.

We chose the hotel for its location, a five-minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and not far from Via Roma (Turin's Fifth Avenue). The breakfast was included and a large buffet with good variety proved pleasing. The staff was oleadanand accommodating.

The room was small and sparsely furnished. It did not have a small refrigerator. Bathroom and shower were very small.

All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was varied, generous and well presented. Location excellent.

No kettle in the room for own tea making but the staff were able to help with hot water when asked.

The location is amazing. 500m to the Pourta Nova Train Station. Walking distance to Turino sites.

Great location a short walk from station Porta Nueva. Major sights all walking distance. Room was a good size, mostly quiet ( a few slamming doors from other guests) with good air con, and a comfy bed.

Curtains didn't meet in the middle ( though shutters kept the room dark) and a bulb out in the bathroom mirror. Attention to small details.

Great location for train, tram and buses, with easy commute around town and a lot of good places to eat near by. The room was very modest (That's what I could afford) but clean and comfortable.

The staff were all so lovely, and the location was very convenient!

The hallway for my floor smelled strongly of the antiseptic smell that you usually smell in a porta-potty. It was much stronger in the room and especially the bathroom (leaving the bathroom closed did not help the smell very much). Beyond that, the room was adequate, but not nice. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and I will choose a different hotel for my next stay in the area.

The hotel’s location is great being in the historic old town close to the metro and train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very good.

Rooms are very basic and a little tired, curtains do not close, shower is really small. For a hotel in this price range I expected a bit more.

Shower room was tiny and space between shower and toilet was squashed - if I’d been taller than 5 feet it would have been impossible to fit on the we!

The hotel was welcoming, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very good, close to the station of Torino Porta Nuova and the main attractions are a short stroll away.

My room was facing the street and despite being on 3rd floor the traffic noise was noticeable. Everything else was fine

Location was great, price was good value, staff excellent , breakfast generous and rooms very clean.

Sound proofing was a little bit lacking.
