The location is very good.

It was not what I expected from the pictures. The walls were very thin and it was noisy, when people in other rooms spoke you could hear them early in the morning or late at night. My bathroom was old, I had to sit diagonally on the WC as the shower was right in front of the WC! Breakfast is not interesting, no homemade foods just packaged foods. Coffee was ok.

the hotel is located in a great location, offer a high quality breakfast in a large saloon. despite being in winter the room was very warm and pleasant.

The concept of the hotel it was great!!!Breakfast very disappointed for not fresheness stuff as the bread,croissants and cakes.The room extremely hot as I could not sleep and I had to stay with open window all night!You can give some more soap as if one drop in the floor you cannot wash!!!!

The warm welcome from reception. The breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on.

Could do with a but of updating. Shower did not have a curtain and therefore had to be held.

Room without a fridge

The hotel is well situated in the centre of Torino. Good-sized room and bathroom.

We were disappointed not to have a mini fridge in the room to store medications. No coffee/tea facilities either.

The location and the hotel’s historical character are nice. The coffee at breakfast was also very good.

We stayed two nights — the first night booked through Booking.com, and everything was fine. The second night we booked directly with the hotel, and unfortunately, the room we got was unacceptable. The bedsheets had stains, the lights didn’t work properly, and the whole atmosphere felt poor and neglected, not what you’d expect from a hotel with such history. Breakfast was disappointing too — very limited options and even the eggs were overcooked.

The hotel is in a great location close to lots of amazing areas of Turin, particularly the Piazza Castello and Piazza della Republica where there is a fabulous market (the largest open air market in Europe). We enjoyed the museum of the Risorgemento exploring the history of Italy. The fact that Mozart stayed in the hotel when he was a child with his father was fun and we enjoyed the little exhibition about their visit. The dining room was elegant.

Our room was a bit musty and quite dark and could do with some fresh paint.

Very central hotel, super friendly and professional staff. Generous breakfast and stunning old charm.

Tired and rundown. Terrible quality beds. Bathroom shabby and had to hold shower. Breakfast poor quality.

Good location. Very polite and helpful staff. Public areas of the hotel had historic decor/furnishings. Good buffet breakfast.

Our room looked as if it had a cheap refurb in about 1970! WiFi wasn't working while we were there (to be fair we did have a message warning us about this a few days before we arrived, but still a bit of a nuisance).
