Elegant historic building with modern updates in the city center. Warm, professional staff. Terrific, expansive breakfast. Nice hotel bar. All-around great experience.

Good location

The bed was not really comfortable, it was combined from two little beds, I have back pain after .

Excellent location, scenic view from our room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked everywhere and an umbrella was provided for rainy weather. Food from the bar and restaurant was outstanding and breakfast was good. The breakfast staff got me a real cappuccino since I didn’t like the one from the machine! Amenities smelled lovely.

My husband found the bed comfortable but I did not. The shower was really small so not a lot of room to move around. Also we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room and we like to sleep when it’s cooler. We did open the window for a bit but it got too noisy to sleep at first. We had slippers provided but a robe would have been a nice touch.

Location was ideal for discovery all on foot. Very clean. Breakfast was very good.

That there was only ONE english speaking news channel i.e. France 24 in english. No BBC World News, no German speaking channels either apart from Eurosport, which was ok, since the Australian Open are on. After a long day sightseeing, one loves to put the feet up and watch some tv. Especially international News in these turbulent times.

Location & very very comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast, the bar does good cocktails.Lots of local restaurants & bars around the hotel. We found a very traditional place nearby that was full of locals, great atmosphere & classic cuisine. There were also a lots of younger independents with more diverse menus.Parking below the property is great for mid-sized cars (lower deck spaces are accessed by a car lift, which is fun). There is also public parking two blocks away on Via Cavour. Checkout was at 12. Very helpful staff.

It is a great location. The lobby bar is a meeting place for locals and their dogs. The food in the lobby bar was excellent.

Good location and good gym

Rooms are minimal. Showers need deep cleaned or refurbished as the seals and joints are not clean. Breakfast could be better. Eggs consist of a huge vat of scrambled eggs only.

Very nice designed hotel, full of Arts.

A restaurant recommendation by the guest relations.

Location was absolutely perfect, a beautiful square right in the centre. We were also able to reserve a parking space, which was a bonus. A lovely, velvet-man helped with the parking. All staff were very helpful and patient. The room was big and quiet.

The breakfast was a bit too busy to start with, and some of the items were missing. The shower was a bit dark but perfectly functional.

Excellent location and staff were extremely friendly. We stayed in a premium room and it was huge, on a corner and with two balconies which had stunning views. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with so much choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food quality was superb.
