The staff, the equipments and the location

Some of the equipments needs an update and the bed was squeaking a bit much

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony was a real added value and made our stay even more enjoyable. When we arrived, a lovely welcome message was waiting for us on a postcard, which was a very thoughtful touch.There were also two bottles of water in the fridge, which came in perfectly since we had forgotten to bring our own. The room was very clean and well maintained.The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, but we didn’t mind at all since we enjoy walking. There are also quite a lot of restaurants nearby, which made it easy to find a nice place to eat.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the small details that made us feel welcome.

The bed was quite hard and creaked with every movement, which caused me to wake up several times during the night.I also found the air in the room a bit dry, so we kept the window open overnight to make it more comfortable.The water in the shower did not maintain a steady temperature and constantly switched from cold to warm, which was inconvenient.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, conveniently located, has a gym and possibility to heat food in the student facilities

No complaints

Very close to Porta Nuova station - in the middle of San Salvario area. 5 min walk to Valentino Castle. The rooms was clean and ready to host me.Gym and relax areas were not crowdy.

Facilities, location, room and staff were all great. Super facilities and room size for the money. Would recommend.

It was very modern and there were so many nice facilities.the rooftop was the highlight of the hotel. Also some very friendly staff and a great location close to the metro

All perfect but the breakfast was nothing special

The property was nice and clean, and the hotel has wonderful colors.

Breakfast did not have a lot of options, and they did not refill the food when it was finished. Not many staff members spoke English.

The hotel is neat the staff is reliable, the room was ok. Nothing to complain but also not a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was poor, no daily bread just packaged bread. For the price is ok but I would expect something better in Torino...

It’s clean and not far away from the old center of Turin.

Well, it’s actually a students’ dormitory with the hotel rooms on the last two floors , so is a bit overpriced for it. In our room was a bit cold due to the weather , the sink in the bathroom was a bit stuck .

The staff was very helpfull and polite.The room was cozy and clean.

Location is convenient

1. super noisy: you hear everything — other rooms and the corridor, and, of course, the outside — you cannot rest there 2. dirty: unfortunately dusty, dirty walls, armchair in spots3. inconvenient: stairs at entrance, only one plug each side of bed so you need to decide to have a light, or charge your devices near yourself; no normal mugs or spoons, no coffee machine4. unpleasant smell: was it perfume of the cleaning, or someone’s perfume soaked into textile, but it was too strong5. forced contrast shower due to unstable temperature of the water6. lack of privacy because of windows looking into courtyard 7. room does not give the same impression in real life, compared to photo.Overall, it could feel better at lower price. I agree with those reviews highlighting that these are private rooms in dormitory rather than hotel. Most of these complains cannot be changed at the change of the room, and, in principle, it’s expected to just have an opportunity to take a proper rest, no offence to staff.

for a very reasonable price, the room was absolutely amazingalthough the hotel is not located in the historic city center, it is close to the train station and the metroour stay was excellent — the room was cleaned daily, toiletries were provided, and the heating worked perfectly!

the toilet flush doesn’t work properly((( in all other respects, everything was excellent and without any complaints

Good location, helpful staff, convenient breakfast, comfy room and nice views of the Alps from the hotel rooftop

Clean, modern, quiet enough to sleep (no road noise). Good facilities: snack bar with decent breakfast, large well-equipped gym, large laundry room. Hotel caters to college students, but was perfectly fine for an adult solo traveler.

The room was big

The room was too dark, lightening was not good.

Convenient location, about 15 minutes from Torino Centrale, about 20-25 minutes from the historic center. Comfortable room facilities, cleanliness, good breakfast and polite staff.

Room was big but it looked a bit worn out, could use some retouch on paint. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge!Floors 1-4 are for students. Excellent restaurant just across the street.

They forgot to clean my room one day.
