Pros +
- The location
- - Breakfast was included in the price
- Good location, the hotel is located near to the Dante metro station. We chose the classic double room which did not include a kettle in the room. Thought that this was a standard around the world so we had to pay extra. The hotel was very clean , the bedding was immaculate and the mattress very comfortable The bathroom perhaps needs updating, towels changed daily.. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices for sweet tooth guests.
Cons -
- They should renovate it and the bathroom staff are super old.
- - Hotel is old- It was not possible to reserve a Parking Spot- It was not possible to do the onsite check-in before 3pm (mean checking the passports and not having the room of course)
- The kettle in the room is not standard.

Front desk staff
Have to pay extra if I want to take a plate with breakfast to the room specifically when there wasn’t a kettle in the room and breakfast room staff

Full of shit
Hotel with parking place (no need to to book) arrived at the hotel with 2 kids and told me the parking is full I can't park in their parking. Provided me with an address of a privat parking, also full for the hotel clients; after that told me to look on the streets for a parking place. One hour after that with no parking place found I booked an other hotel. I wasn't refund, and Booking done nothing.
Clean, nicely maintained rooms and facility in total, staff was very polite.
NA
I don't understand why this hotel has only three stars, it deserves much more! We liked everything. The hotel is located near the metro station. The room's windows face a quiet street. It was quiet at night and comfortable to sleep. This hotel left only pleasant memories.
I had never visited Turin. I selected this hotel based on info provided that stated it was near the city center, which it was not.But other than that, everything else was as expected. I will note----I was surprised to find that many things listed on assorted visitor sites had changed---even though stated as' open', restaurants or even shops were closed and some restaurants had completely changed ownership and type of cuisine. It was very confusing. For example--I decided to go to a local restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was the ONLY one listed for that street. When I walked there (through a slightly 'questionable' area), even my 'map search' stated "You have arrived!"--when there was NO 'trattoria' with the original name yet there was a completely different one in its place AND right next door to an Irish Pub! I realized that the best thing to do is ask the front desk at the hotel for updates as to what has NOT changed!
Though the bus lines are just a short walk from the hotel front door, it had not been explained to me that the system needs a debit/credit/payment card to pay for the ticket AND the 'reader' does not work. I tried to click on it and have it read my card and---no luck. AND, of course, at the next stop, 2 Agents came onboard and asked for tickets. I had none and explained what had happened. They were very helpful in explaining----but still charged me the penalty of 37Euro.Make sure you check with the hotel to confirm the 'hows and whys' of paying for all services.
From the outsde the hotel appears a little old and rundown. However, inside was lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds.Continental breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to bus stop and Metro.Only one drawback was the window in our room had a privacy film on it and only opened slightly, due to the not so scenic view from it. Therefore, you had to have ac on and had no natural light. Apart from that all good. I would recommend.
As above
Super friendly staff.Very clean.Good amenities.Breakfast good but nothing exceptional.
A little noisy in the room: the walls are very thin and you hear everything is said on the other side. They advertised private parkinga availability. After booking they said you cannot reserve the parking in advance but subject to availability when you check-in (why?). When checkin-in, we were told in a few minutes the parking was going to be freed by an exiting customer. We went up to our room for 1h. Once down, another staff member told us the parking is not available anymore and we should park in the public blue parking across the street. We tried to tell that it was "promised" to us but he did not seem to care about that...I had booked on purpose this property because of the private parking: we come from Switzerland and we already experienced vandalism on our car, probably because of the foreign plate. The staff showed carelessness by not calling us in the room to tell the parking was vacant. I also do not understand why the parking place cannot be booked, with some organization. The morale: we parked in the public parking and on the upcoming morning we found a hole in the backseat window! Luckily we did not leave any valuables inside but wtf... this would not have happened if we had parked in the private area. Very annoying to drive back home with a hole in the window, engage insurance, take the car to carglass,... It is sad.
Nice room, free drinking water in hotel, good conditioning
Breakfast could be better.
Good room, nice staff.
On breakfast almost all sweet food. No vegetable at all. No warm food.
Staf was extra nice. Treated my familly (who did not speak italian) very well. Absolutely lovely. Breakfast was also very staisfactory, as well as the accomodation. I would say it was a great stay, simple rooms but according to the price so nothing to complain.
All was good. I would recommend having access without stairs, though, for those with low mobility. They did offer the parking entrances for my mom who has a knee problem, but it was way too much. If possible having a stairless entry could be a plus.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. The hotel itself brings a spirit of 2000-2005 :)
Room is a bit dark, price for the car parking is expensive, selection of meals for breakfast could be better.
Size and bathroom fridge
Did not have kitchen as advertised and booked just kettle in room
LOCATION good for metro
price for ca parking a little expensive
The room was really nice and clean. Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The TV was working we could even cast our phones to it every once in a while and there is a mini fridge as well. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is located next to the metro station and it is very accessible to the city.
The elevator is veery slow, but I guess that’s not an “easy” fix. Other than that the breakfast selection was 90% sweet food. It was just something we were not aware of in Italy, maybe it would be a nice idea to implement some scrambled eggs or similar to the menu.
aircondition worked well, location was nice, with the metro station close by.
the elevator was slow
Very nice breakfast with some cold meats and cheeses, and of course, this being Italy, lots of cake.
My room had a view ... of the wall of the next house. But Turin is an interesting city, so I wasn't staying much in the room anyway.
