    • Beautiful old hotel with plenty within walking distance. Parking available. We had a lovely room, complete with a large balcony. I think this is the first hotel I've ever stayed at which included a scale in the bathroom! We were in Italy -- we all gained weight :-) Large bathroom, and great shower. Fantastic breakfast. We're looking forward to another stay here, and glad our son moved to Turin and we have an excuse to go back.
    • Our room (Superior Double Room) was exceptionally large and comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely and within walking distance of the things we wanted to see and do. (Although the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile was a bit of a walk. Well worth it, but consider taking a taxi). The breakfast was amazing! Fresh pastries and essentially anything you might want cooked just for you - you'd pay a lot of money for the equivalent at a restaurant, so that makes this even more of a bargain.
    • I loved our room. Romantic art deco remodel. Centrally located hotel. Lovely breakfast. Cool remodeled old villa. The hodgepodge style gives it italian charm

    Cons -

    • The hotel is on a busy street and wasn't quiet, however, we didn't notice until morning that there were shutters on the windows which we didn't see in the dark, and maybe closing them would have helped with the traffic noise, as would possibly being on a higher floor.
    • It rained.Just kidding, it was great all around.
    • The shower was small and inconvenient. Wish they would redo it to a normal shower cabin rather than a ‘airplane’ type shower.

    Breakfast was included.

The cooked breakfast was a bit underwhelming and bread and cold meats needed more variety and replenishing.

Fantastic staff, nice room and fantastic breakfast

I have been few times in this splendid hotel, and I have alway been very comfortable. I like the interior, the rooms, the very comfortable bed, the breakfast place, and the staff always very kind and professional.

The problem was that, while the radiator in the bathroom was all right the air conditioner of the room did not work. It signed 30 degree (celsius) but the room was cold, surely never surpassing 18 degree. It was a surprise, and probably something wrong (room 205 if I remember well). I don't think I would go again unless they will verify the heating and give assurance about that.Besides, In my memory the breakfast was eccellent. However I found only cold stuff in the breakfast room with cookies, bread and few other things. Only after I finished breakfast I realized that I could have asked for warm stuff (including panckakes and eggs). There was a list on the table, but I was without glasses). My fault, but maybe an invitation to look at the other possibilities might help.

We only stayed one night, but we were very well looked after, from the reception to the breakfast service. The hotel is wonderful, I would return whenever I go to Turin.

Nice rustical building close to historical center and some nice typical Piedmontese restaurants were just nearby.

Excellent hot choices from the menu complemented by the buffet options and the friendly personal welcoming morning service

Cannot fault it, excellent and much better than anticipated

Best shower ever. Interesting room design.

Dust gathered on a wallpapper in the room. If you have dust allergy - think twice.

One of the best hotels I stayed in so far. Great location, close to the center but in a more local area, so you can find good food and delicious ice cream, an area with a dozen bars within 5 minutes of a walk. Comfortable and spacious room with everything you need. Very good breakfast. Beautiful interior inside friendly and helpful staff. Parking costs extra money (displayed in their description) but it's right at the entrance. I liked everything about our stay. It's literally value for money - not cheap, but ialso not overpriced. You get an excellent stay for a decent price.

We stayed over the weekend, so the place is a bit close to the bar street. It didn't bother us, but you may experience some distant live music till 12 and loud people wandering around. Not till too late though. In any case, a closed window solves the issue.

Good staff and EXCELLENT breakfast and overall good

The door of the room on the first floor is not soundproff and we can hear the reception

Very good location, very helpful staff, good breakfast.

    Some repair needed.

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and answered all our queries. The room was excellent and offered everything we needed. For the breakfast we were offered a wide variety of food and drinks. Very enjoyable experience.

Well, the parking space was a bit of an issue because we payed for it in duration for the whole day, but since we had a late check-in we could not get it for 24 hours.

Good breakfast. Choice of cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables and dairy from the buffet plus something hot on request.Very helpful staff. Thank you.

The facility met my requirements and there is nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is 25 mins walk from the city centre

We had an electric heater in the room, the regular heating was not working but we were informed that the hotel would be closing for renovation. A bit more clarity on the parking situation would have been helpful: there are only 3 parking spots available on a first come first served basis and it will cost you 15 euro per day. There is no free parking in the area.

    Breakfast was lovely.

There was quite a bit of noise from the ring road right next to the hotel, where there is also a noisy tram. For me, the noise levels were too high to get a good night sleep. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to move to another room where it was slightly better, but the location is simply very close to a very busy 6-lane road (incl the tram).
