Breakfast was great. Room clean and organized. Neighborhood was ok

Clean, Comfortable and excellent restaurant next door called Osteria di 12 arco.

Not close to city centre or airport requiring a 30 euros taxi ride to city centre or airport

Changed and upgraded our room when the air conditioning didn't work in the original room. Breakfast was good.

It appears that they shut down the air conditioning units in some rooms based on the season. They took care of us, but not able to help our traveling companions. Noisy with the windows open. Many Stairs to climb with luggage.

I was spent 2 nights at Cascina Fossata, and went to Torino for city strolling with my Husband. When we arrived a bit difficult to find the parking, my suggestion is to check the Q&A before your arrival, as the information there. But the staff is really helpful and return my message in booking.com apps very quick. So We can find the parking after that. The amenities are not overwhelming, but they cover the basics well and made the stay easy and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It’s about a 15-minute drive from the city center if you have a rental car.The real highlight of my stay was the staff. When our rental car broke down, the front desk team went above and beyond: She called the company, explained everything in Italian, and made sure the process of exchanging the car was smooth and stress-free. Such kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference. Thank you—you are amazing!

The layout of the hotel, sometimes confusing

The Hotel had free, secure on-site parking. There was a supermarket right next door. A nice breakfast could be bought at the Hotel. There is a variety of shared spaces within the hotel to relax.

Although there was air-conditioning in the room, it kept turning off after a short time. It did not run all night or when the key card was not in its slot. The hallways and shared spaces were not air-conditioned. Our stay was very hot due to a heatwave, so having unreliable air-conditioning definately affected the comfort of our stay. While there is an on-site restaurent, it only operates on certain evenings. The walk to a restaurent is at least 2 kms away. Many restaurents in the area were closed on Sundays as was the Hotel restaurent.

Beautiful facilities and convenient location for our needs.

The staff started work around 6 am by moving chairs and table, which produces a lot of noise. I suppose that is an issue only for the rooms that are located closer to the reception, dining area.

Modern rooms, free underground parking

It’s far from the center but we don’t mind walking. Unfortunately, you have to walk through unpleasant neighborhood or use public transportation. I wish the hotel offered a shuttle to the center.

The interior of the hotel is really nice, and all the facilities were perfect. The grocery store is just down the hotel and some rooms offer balconies. Free filtered drinkable water without any limit.

The breakfast could have been better. If you come in the middle of breakfast time or later, there is a big chance that you will find just some croissants and that's it. They offer scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon and pancakes, as warm dishes but if that finishes they are really slow to supplement more. However, we didn't stay hungry during our stay there, and always found something to eat for breakfast.

Lovely helpful staff and cleaners were excellent room was spotless. Large and comfy bed, fridge, plenty of storage and spacious room with balcony. Easy to get to Porta Susa from the nearby station

A lot. The parking is shared with supermarket so not really secure. The building is shared with students and some very odd people. Would not want to stay as a single woman. Area is quite rough, we came home early every evening. Aircon didnt work only heating or nothing. Breakfast not good coffee awful

Lovely hotel at very well managed!! 2 free recharging hrs for your car, big parks around the hotel, friendly staff.

Very clean and comfortable place with free parking. Not in the center, 5-7 min by car till the public parking. There is a supermarket behind the corner.

I liked the blinds., free water, and electric kettle.

Liked everything!

The staffs were very helpful and showed us the nice places to eat and visit. The rooms are very clean and place near a supermart which is very convenient.

Sometimes the WIFI connectivity is not so good.
