Pros +
- Excellent place to stay!
- Excellent staff and information about the Hotel amenities, we were lucky enough to be able to get parking at the property even though we didn’t book for it.We were upgraded to the brand new apartment complex near by the Hotel: we travelled extensively through East Europe, staying in apartments, and I can honestly recommend the apartment option if one is in Torino for a few days, the apartment comes with everything one needs for cooking, great kitchen equipment and utensils.Hotel reception 24hrs if one needs anything. Close by Piazza Castello for sightseeing and shopping. Close by central public transport - tram or bus. When in Torino next this Hotel will definitely be our first option!
- Loved the decor, antiques and layout. The owners and staff are extremely kind and committed to helping their guests. Comfortable beds and nice linens.
Cons -
- Nothing was not to like
- The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and we could have done with a few more teabags in the room, there were only two.
- The hall is a little disappointing, with respect to expectations. From outside, the hotel looks quite ordinary, while the rooms are eventually nice.

Brilliant location. Hotel was so clean amd comfy. Staff couldnt do enough for us. All in all, a great spot
Our stay with Liberty hotel was beyond our expectations. The bedroom was very wide and worth mentioning a tremendous confortable bed. Hotel is very well located to all the visiting spots in Turin by 20minutes walk to City centre. We felt very safe and used the lime bikes and scooters to travel around. The breakfast had all we wanted with even gluten free options and amazing italian coffee.
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. We only ate there twice. Location was close to the train station and about a 20 minute walk to main attractions. We did a walking tour that was very helpful for orientation to the city. Nice coffee shops nearby the hotel.
Very happy with room, comfort, bathroom, breakfast, staff courtesy.
The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and we could have done with a few more teabags in the room, there were only two.
Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is close to center, but still you need to walk a little. The room was large, clean and fascinating.
The hall is a little disappointing, with respect to expectations. From outside, the hotel looks quite ordinary, while the rooms are eventually nice.
Very charming and lots of thought and attention to detail. The owners Stefano & Rudolfo(?) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and suggestions on what to visit while in Turin.
Clean, comfortable rooms, great staff, tasty buffet breakfast.
Extra cost to keep the car off the street
Very Italian!! Very hospitable and kind stuff! Comfotrable room with modern new furniture. Taste food! Great position!
We stayed only one night!
The comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The staff were extremely friendly and the man who checked me in told me lots about the special memory foam mattresses and toppers they had, which I thought was just friendly information - not at all, absolutely the best bed I've slept in in years. It was cold when we travelled and the room and the hotel were very warm and cosy, rooms were super spacious - nothing to fault. I was travelling with my partner but I was there alone for the first day and a half and the staff on reception were extremely friendly with me and made me feel super safe, and that I appreciated a lot too. Super cute rooms, classy but nicely decorated, great shower with good water pressure, lovely spacious bathroom, more than enough storage space, and no noise at all from the street. 100% recommend.
Nothing! It was perfect. The only bad thing is unrelated to the hotel but being so central it's impossible to park for free nearby, but that's about it.
We appreciated…..The friendliest welcome! Super comfy beds. Our characterful room (the jacuzzi was a bonus). A great breakfast. Proximity to Porto Nuovo station and the centre. We had a really nice stay, thank you.
Nothing, it was great.
Excellent location close to public transport and the city centre easily reachable on foot. Great breakfast and service. very quiet and peaceful environment.
All perfect
We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and that friendliness continued throughout our stay. Everyone was helpful whenever we needed anything, and they looked after our luggage which was very convenient. The hotel has lots of character with old world charm, decor and furnishings.
Location. Amazing staff. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Cleanliness. Great sized rooms.
Internet kept falling out. Hard to locate in apartments. Minor issue.
We always choose this hotel in Torino. Best value for money. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good service. Great location, walking distance to the center and many good restaurants and fantastic pastry shops. We usually arrive by plane and taxi, but the location would be ideal for anyone arriving by train.
Maybe some bathrooms could use a little renovation, but we really don't mind, since beds are good and comfortable. We never have breakfast because we are used to having breakfast elsewhere, so we can never comment on that.
First- the welcoming and friendly receptionists Stephane and Rudolfo who spoke excellent English (and Italian of course). They made you feel "at home". We were recommended this hotel by a local Turin tourist guide Olivier from guruwalk and thank him for supporting local hoteliers and industries. 2. The deluxe room was big and very spacious for our bigger luggage. The room is warm and all toiletries adequate. The bed is comfortable and comes with memory pillows if you wish to use them. The staff is at the reception 24/7. 3. The breakfast is excellent value for 9 euros per person. 4. There is a lift to each floor so those with luggage need not worry. 5. It is a short walk from the Porta Nuova train station (about 550 metres) - use the exit to the left of the station and cross the road and walk under the smooth surface of the porticoes (for ease of wheeled luggage). Use your google map to lead you to the hotel. 6. There is a carrefour next to the hotel for convenience goods. 7. There are also 2 nearby restaurants serving excellent Italian food named Piedmont and La Ville. 8. There is another tram/bus station (parallel to Porta Nuova) named Legnano which is closer to Liberty Hotel (use your apps like Moovit to check tram/bus times). We will return to Turin and stay at this hotel!
Nothing much we did not like.
Great location, super friendly staff, and a modest but comfortable room. We only stayed one night but it was very pleasant - would stay agian.
On a quiet street with local mini markets close by, plus cafes and a couple of restaurants. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is 15 minutes from the train station and good for the city centre. Very nice breakfast. We wanted a hotel for the ATP tennis and although about 40 minute walk to the venue a nice walk and good after sitting watching tennis all day.
