AC Hotel Torino

Great design and very clean. Friendly but unintrusive staff.

Everything and a great hotel if with a pet as a little grass right outback. Easy to get to many main locations of the city by foot, Metro, bus, taxi.

Nothing to dislike

Clean and exactly as described. Free parking was available outside the hotel.

The removal bed was not easy to set up and collapsed during our stay.

Quite a distance from the centre of the city but very near the Metro. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely helpful.

The room was boiling far too hot and the extra bed for my daughter was not as comfortable as the main bed.

Coffee machine in our room was broken but the staff kindly made one for us to take away at breakfast !

The room was clean, bed comfortable and the decor good. The view from the window was a bit industrial but also charming Italian urban, with old residential buildings and hanging laundry. Gritty cute.

The building is a recently renovated factory, but the sound-proofing between rooms is terrible. We heard our neighbors every night! It's inexcusable given the recent renovation. It could have been done right.

The journey at night from the airport is treacherous for a solo traveler so why didn’t you state this? It’s a full hour from the airport via a few changes. I’d never recommend for solo travel late at night.

Why on earth does a room in a 4 star hotel NOT have a security lock to make solo travellers feel a bit secure?

Well appointed through and through.Easy parking.

The spoiler on this otherwise excellent property was the dismal room-to-room sound proofing: until past midnight I couldn’t sleep because of hard healed footsteps in the room above, and early morning I was awaken by the repeated iPhone alarm (more than 1 1/2 hour of snoozing ?) going off in the adjacent room.As said earlier, the first job of a hotel is to provide a restful sleep night, and this was a failure. No dancing hotel or room appointment can compensate for this.

Warm welcome at reception. Good location for City but also close to Lingotto and National Motor Museum Very good breakfast

Great to have a hotel car park but to pay up to €17 per night to park there seems excessive.

the room was too hot and not popssible to control sufficiently dowward in temperature, I had to open the window as widely as possible to be able to sleep...a waste of the energy bill!

The walls are very thin and the rooms are noisy.There is also a lot of noise from outside from the trains and music from the shopping centreThe rooms are also extremely warm

All was fine, great location to the Local concert house and mall. We were touring the Chicago Symphony Orchestra so it worked well being close to the trucks.
