NH Torino Centro

The room was nice, but you could hear the people above you walking. The mattress was wonderful. Nice and clean.

The air conditioning in the room was not adjustable and it was too warm even though the thermostat incorrectly read 20c. The shower floor was dangerously slippery. We put the bath sheet down in the shower for safety.

Clean comfy and near a metro and walkable to Turin town

Very nice hotel, in the center of Turin, quickly connected through the metro to Porta Nuova and Porta Susa railway stations. Staff very friendly and efficient; rooms and common spaces modern and clean; very good breakfast; recommended for business and turism travels.

The air conditioner in the room has a minimum of 20 degrees. And the room was very warm. I would like to set the minimum temperature comfortable to me. Maybe it was a problem with the controller.

The hotel was in a great location, was clean and the staff was very kind.

I didn't like that they wanted to charge for early check in. Most hotels allow you to check in if the room is ready. They made me wait about 5 hours but then let me check in an hour or so early.

The drinks and snacks they had in the lobby to welcome you were not properly replenished… more than once I found them empty.

We traveled from Madrid and were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We loved the cleanliness, attention to detail, and how well the room was prepared. The location was also excellent. We would definitely stay again if we return to Turin.

Due to very inconvinient pillow after sleeping I have recieved the problem of neck and needed to go to hospital. The hotel is not recommended.

Ok. When the price of a hotel starts to creep up from very basic and cheap to something more medium, perhaps certain aspects have to be called out. So, what was good? The bed was big and comfy, the shower was nice.

So, what was worth criticising for the price? The windows were frosted glass, open the curtains and be greeted with a view of... nothing. Ok not important. The TV was a bit dated and had no apps, so no casting YouTube. Ok not important. The check in seemed overly long and the reception staff were far from smiley. Ok not important. Didn't consider the breakfast option as it was pricey.If this hotel were more expensive then all the above become increasingly important, and I have had better experiences from cheaper hotels, however that can just become the luck of the draw often. So all in all, a decent reliable option.

Nice hotel on a perfect location! Not to busy and enough nice restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was perfect and I really enjoyed the space in my room!

Make it a little bit more cozy on the rooms, in the hallway etc.

Location was very good - very close to the train station and to the tram. Breakfast was very good as well.

The water pressure in the shower was very bad (terrible), the beds in the room move (they are on wheels. We got 2 beds that were separates and we were falling from the crack in the middle instead of a king-size bed. The room was suitable to a handicap person and the toilet was very high and uncomfortable. The room was sad and lacked decoration - not a single picture on the wall or anything to give a bit character to the room. The hallways on the way to the room were also sad and depressing. Staff was not so welcoming during check-in and not so friendly when we needed to leave and get our bags.

The shower head was the most worn down I have ever seen in my life and it is not due to cleaning, it is a maintained issue. It is really a shame for a hotel that positions itself in this category. Also the level of cleaning could be improved, the grouts had mold in the shower and there was dust on the floor everywhere. Some sockets were so loose I had to hold them to pull out my steamers cable. Towel dryer not working…
