Close to city center and high way. Good for travelling with a car.

Parking lot nearby is 10 euro per 24 hour, but eventually overnight parking is 20 euro. The parking lot nearby can have a little problem with payment (parking ticket can't be read).

Had a balcony.Location is ok at the underground Metro is just a 5 minute walk away.Good coffee shops are just a 2 minute walk away.

Shower temperature fluctuated between cold and dangerously hot, so hot that the shower head would pop off as plastic became soft.Also the noise insulation between rooms was quite poor compared to all other hotels I've stayed at. No shower gel provided.I don't understand how it's a 3 star hotel, i think it's a 2 star at best.It's not terrible but it's a last-resort type of hotel in my opinion.

Clean, friendly staff and close to public transport.

We booked with the ac but we could not use it the lady at the desk told us the ac will start function from 1st June but we paid for it.

Disappointing

The staff does not speak English on principle. We paid the city tax when we checked in to the hotel, and then they demanded it when we checked out. When we went out for a walk from the hotel, it is unclear why they took the key. The attitude of the staff towards guests leaves much to be desired.

They were willing to accommodate us last minute . The reception was open and available when we checked in and came back after dinner

It has everything you need: fridge, fan, air conditioning, breakfast, shower, hot water, TV, good location for visiting Auto Museum.

Some minor flaws which do not affect the overall impression.

The location of the hotel is good and quality/price ratio is quite high.

The room was far from quiet. You could hear every word and movement in the flat next door.

Convenient for train station. Friendly staff.

You can check in even late at night, staff is trying their best

Well connected by metro line 1, Bengasi station, staff was very nice and they allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out. The room was very clean. Definitely would stay again

The light in the room could be improved
