Quite basic in the room - would be great to have a kettle or means to make a tea or something especially as I was not having breakfast due to an early train.

Clean, central, very welcoming staff. The room was big and quiet (we gave on the courtyard). They offered to keep our luggage on our checkout. The hotel is a 15-20 minutes walk from the center. There is a secured parking lot just a few minutes walk from the hotel that costs 11€ for 24hours. Everything met our expectations.

Nothing special. Maybe a bit more decoration to make it feel more cosy but that wasn’t bothering in our point of view

Lovely room in the hotel with plenty of space for us and our kids. Staff were brilliant and found my earrings for me when I left them behind.

The location was close to the train station which was literally across the street, but the city area location of the hotel was very busy and noisy.

The room seemed a bit bare with a very plainly made but comfortable bed. We are not bothered by traffic, but the hotel is on two very noisy and busy city streets.

The location was ok, it was a 20 minute walk to reach the historical part of the city but it was a pleasant walk and we could have taken the bus. The room was a bit small as there were 3 of us and there was not enough space for our clothes as we were staying 5 nights. The room was not that quiet even though we requested a quiet room. There was some building work going on and sometimes people were shouting/talking loud at night! Breakfast was perfectly adequate with hot food, savoury and sweet food. You could even have your cappuccino/latte made to order! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It would have been better if the air-conditioning was working but we were told that it was in use only after 15th April. Too late for us!

The toilet had no windows, no vents system and cetainly not a place to venture outside at night.

It is in a great location. The lobby is cozy. The staff is exceptional- they were very helpful.

Perfect location in the city center, very good breakfast, large working table with minibar, well working wifi, room service every day. Quite good price for the loaction.

Shower was too cold almost every day. No chance to control temperature in the room. (The room was sometimes too warm.)
