Opera35 Boutique Hotel

The location was perfect for us. We had a large, light and comfortable room with a little balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast once and it was very good. It was especialy helpful for us that we could sit down and work in the lounge once breakfast was cleared. Also, they remembered by partner's birthday and brought a cake!

The only problem we had were the mornings. Due to the wooden floors/ceilings once the cleaners went into the rooms to make or change over, the noise was so loud. The noises came through the ceilings of screeching and moving of beds and chairs. It was loud and continuous. From 6.30(ish) through to 10.30(ish) Say goodbye to any undisturbed lay ins

Modern facilities with period character.Comfortable beds and excellent showers.

Breakfast with a central shared table and only a few individual satellite tables - made it awkward to communicate with the people in my party!

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. It is decorated very stylishly with comfortable modern furnishings in the lobby and rooms. I requested an bright room and they upgraded me to a beautiful room with two tall windows and ceilings that were about 4 meters tall. Very recently renovated, the room had all the modern comforts with a backbone of a historic building. The room even contained a kitchen. Friendly handsome men in black jackets man the front desk and were so kind and professional. There were many great restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and residential.

I wished there were a bar in the hotel where you could get a coffee during the day and drinks in the evenings.

The parking space was in a place 10min walking from the hotel that could really use some renovations. Besides that, the hotel doesn’t have many facilities, though that was not a problem for me.
