The staff are very nice and welcoming. The location is good.

Not really.

It's a nice hostel, just very bad guests.

The young man that lived there was rude, aggressive and a thief. Within hours he had stolen the food I brought for breakfast.

Cleaning is good

Bathroom is no good. No Hand wash in the bathroom. Very bad shower.

Like there is good space and things security

There is too much bad smell of shoes and unwashed socks

I loved Sonia's service; she was extremely helpful. She resolved an issue that was beyond her responsibility and provided us with the comfort we needed.

A bed was aviable.

Poor people lived there in bad conditions, the smell was strong, the bathroom was so ugly, the women who manage it, lives there with her children and they yell at 11pm near the costumer beds. It's the last option, when you need a place to sleep.

Not signposted from the street.No security - not one locked door between open street door and the dorm I slept in (arrived at midnight).Locker in dorm was broken.No toilet roll or hand soap in bathroom - (even after the toilets had been cleaned. Nothing replenished).No bins in dorm room.Overall just felt a bit dirty. I can't believe they get away with charging what they do for the quality of this place.

The staff were friendly and helpful on the phone when I made a last minute booking. It seems to be a family run business. Bed was clean and comfy.

The building this hostel in is unmarked. There are handwritten signs proclaiming that there is a hostel on the top floor. As a solo female traveller, it felt very sketchy. After you go past several run down apparements, you arrive at the top. The walls are thin and it is a loud place to stay in- even with earplugs. Bathroom and kitchen were fairly clean but the fridges were warm.

Beds were new and comfy. Location was okay especially as it was on a quiet street. Good locker included. The lady at the desk was nice.

Only 2 bathrooms. The main dorm was very crowded, too many beds. It would have been okay for a night or two if it had been cheap but I paid 30€ for one night and it definitely isn't worth that.

All dirty, no rules were followed and staff didn’t do anything IF YOU ARE A GIRL do not get this place

The place stinks, starting with trash piling at the entrance, to stairs smelling like urine since homelss people has been sleeping there. The place is dirty and the pictures don't show it. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Blankets smelled like dirt, and showers like dirty feet. Matresses were stabding vertically on the hallways covered in mold. Not worth the price, I have paid way less and had way more. I ended up booking another place place and losing the money cause I couldn't spend the night there.

I walked in the building and was met with the stench of the garbage- 3 large cans! The place was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. I've lived and worked in 35 countries. The only thing that was good was the mattress and sheets.

Worst place ever in my life! ✖Dirty toilets and showers. There are no hooks for towels and clothes in the shower (it's cheap and easy to do but it looks like the hosts/managers don't even read guest reviews).✖The room is cramped. I travel a lot but I have never seen so many disrespectful for guests and put so many beds in a small room.✖The smoking area is next to the kitchen and the smell is everywhere.✖The hosts/manager allow guests to drink alcohol inside! I saw this for the first time in my life. One evening, the owners' children were playing with a drunken man and yelling so loudly that my ears rang. And they yelled even after 10 pm.✖The hosts themselves do not follow the rules of their hostel. And then other guests see it and also break the rules. Nobody cares. Perhaps the same people are attracted to such bad places with such energy. The other men in the room were impolite and made noise every night. It was terrible? That's why I slept badly.

I liked the very hot shower.. Amazing!

The bed u receive could be very different than in the picture.. They talk to u like u are stupid and they over book the bed so there was a fight in the room at 7am ?

The lady at the reception was very polite
