Pros +
- Fantastic location near several subway stops and restaurants. The female employee who checked us in was really helpful and welcoming. Great complimentary breakfast. Loved the shower, robes & slippers.
- Great staff, they were able to give me access to a room when I had to take an important unplanned meeting. Thank you so much The bed was very comfy
Cons -
- Due to the location, there was a bit of noise at night, but nothing some earplugs couldn't fix. The room itself was more spacious than expected, but the room wasn't set up well for unpacking - lots of open space with one luggage rack and no dresser.
