No AC

The room was close to the metro and close to green spaces.

Our ceiling was a little lower than expected.

Very central in Alcântara and close to everything.

Very noisy. There's a lot of traffic, trams, and planes passing by. It was hard to sleep without earplugs.

This is a small startup hostel and it a a few minor glitches but was overall a good place to spend a few days. It was right next to a bus stop and a short walk to the metro train station.

There was only one small we/shower room with many rooms of bunks.

Horrible experience!

I don’t know where to start. Booked this place after i missed the flight that evening… The guy at the check in has let some child 10-12y/o to bring me to the “room” like thats so normal. The “room” size 2m2 with low pitched roof and one bed,small warderobe and standing fan full of dust. “Room” was dirty, so hot - boiling, extremely loud from inside and from outside,the sliding door reminded me on a cargo train sliding doors from movies to Auschwitz.. I basically was there 2-3 hours and called my friend in Lisbon in the middle od the night as i couldnt stand the place. I dont recommend in any occasion!

Not worth it

Dirty, unkept, room was really small and had very low ceiling and without any space to move around

The location was close to everything, the service inside was great, the level of cleanliness was high, and the staff's performance was excellent, as they helped me with everything.

Good location, and good price. Close to Many bus stops with good connections. Workers were friendly.

Cold showers. Light constantly going out, our food went bad because of electric problems. Bed is uncomfy, no heating. Blood on toilets, unclean sheets. The rooms only have sliding doors and you can hear everything on the building. Rooms are tiny, wardrobe was small and no storage place or bedside tables, and have a weird smell. All of this combined made for a pretty bad experience.

Everything was exceptional, the room was splendid, even more for the price, if I had found it sooner I wouldve stayed there for my whole trip! Host was exceptional as well, very kind and friendly

Late check-in fee is 10 euros, a little high but if It was disclosed beforehand I would feel better

Staff do their best. The area has many hidden gems. Charger close to each bed.

The facilities are very modest. I don't believe it was very clean.

I like the location of the stay, it was very convenient to the transit systems, so was very easy for our explorations. The staff were nice and we were able to leave our bags with them as we arrived early morning before we could check in later.

The room was extremely small and the ceiling was very low. Luckily we aren't very tall people, but felt very confined. We barely had enough room for ourselves and our stuff, and we only had carry-on sized luggage, both of us couldn't stand in the room at once. The bathrooms as well had very low ceilings and had to be very careful not to bump your head in there. The bed was also not very comfortable.

Bad

tiny room with no AC in a house above a kebab shop, under a bridge and right next to a major traffic route. was not able to sleep at all at night from the heat and the noise.

double bed was quit dirty and not same as mentioned, as shown in the booking, room very tiny and even half of it can't even stand very poor difficult to breathe in the room (suffocating) same situation in washroom as well

Good internet. Nice and polite staff.

Very small room and many beds. There is no kettle in the kitchen.I couldn't make tea.

It does the job for one night. But it doesn’t feel clean or comfortable.

Fan attached to the bed wasn’t working, rooms were crowded and beds seemed old, sheets didn’t feel that clean
