its excellent location and the surrounding amenities and accessibility make it a very convenient choice. The space is small but its well-designed, practical, and allows for efficient use of every area.

Perfect location, comfortable room and bed, easy check in, lovely staff, Nespresso coffee, tea and water available all day, good breakfast, freshly baked cake in the afternoon, steps from some nice restaurants and bars. The room was very clean. We loved everything about this hotel

The nature of the building means it can get very loud from others but not a big deal

The hotel is in a great spot, perfect for lots of the main attractions. The staff were wonderful, really helpful. It was perfect for a couple of days stay.

I had a comfortable room with twin beds for me and my son. It was a bit on the small side but we were only there for a couple of days so it wasn't too bad, we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfy and the shower was great

We came in Lisbon to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The best choice we made was choosing this hotel for about accommodation. Let’s start from the location. The hotel’s location was excellent, everything was very close and everything was easy to walk. Very close just five minutes from the Parca do comercio square. The staff was brilliant, very friendly, polite and professional. I asked for a surprise for my boyfriend and they made a cake just for us. We appreciate that gesture and made our celebration special. The room was comfortable and very clean, everyday we had clean towels and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. We have already planned another trip in Lisbon and Urbano hotel is definitely our choice. Thank you team.

Always 3 things, bed, shower and breakfast.Bed, very comfortable.Breakfast, great choice, beautifully presented Shower, powerful, warm and sorts you out.Staff are brilliant especially Rita. She gave us a fab recommendation for a local Portuguese restaurant, which was spot on. Then gave us all the info for our trip to Benfica FC, what a great night and thanks Rita. We will definitely use this hotel again when we come back.

Rooms are very small

“Simple things done very well”, there’s nothing fancy about this hotel but it is expertly located, beautifully clean and staff are warm and welcoming plus delicious breakfast & snacks. I definitely recommend FLH hotels in future!

There is nothing to dislike

Wonderful hotel with a modern atmosphere! The interior design is very interesting — everything is done with great taste. The location is simply 10 out of 10, everything is within easy reach. I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you for the great welcome. This is exactly how I will remember Lisbon!

Cleanest hotel ever ... and the stsff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Would prefer thick bathroom doors that provide sound privacy instead of full glass doors.

The hotel has a bad smell to it. At least my room did. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, as far as it being a bit dated and some wall stains and scuffs here and there. The smell is the thing that got to me the most. After a long day out, and then coming back in the smells quite intense. Another thing that happened was that the lift stopped working at one point. So I had to walk down the stairs, which is a bit unacceptable. I've never experienced the lift stopping in a hotel. The room was also quite small and there was nowhere to put my luggage. I had to put the chairs together to make a luggage stand.

The rooms where cosy and the bed comfy, would suggest firmer pillows, and the softer ones on request, mine was like a puff of air lol but I got an extra one no problem

We had an amazing time during our Christmas holiday in Lisbon! Our stay at hotel Urbano FLH, felt like home indeed. The location of the hotel is at the heart of the city, near the seaside and with great bars etc. around. The room was very clean and offered everything you needed during your stay. Plus, the breakfast buffet was really tasty with so many choices. What we appreciated the most was actually the staff, which was always very polite and helpful. I would like to thank in particular Israel and Nilton from the reception desk, who both helped me significantly with a heath issue I faced.
