Convenient location, clean, generally friendly staff, well equipped rooms.

Toilet door is not solid and connects directly to bed area so bathroom odors cannot be contained to bathroom. The staff was above and beyond kind and friendly expect Juao, who checked us in¿he could use more hospitality training.

We have stayed at this hotel for a few days. Everything was very pleasing. The staff were polite and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was served in good condition and offered a variety of foods. Thank you for treating us with kindness and respect.

There has been nothing we did not like.

Overall the property is quite nice, clean and very close to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the choice of breakfast was good.

The neighbourhood isn’t very nice, the view from the breakfast room looks over a very run down street, so not very appealing when having breakfast.The lift is very slow and always busy, we ended up walking up the stairs few times.Our room had a problem with condensation, and the window was always very wet in the morning.The pillows way too soft, but that’s just personal preference.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a unique, colourful and calming decor. The location was walking distance to the city centre and in a neighbourhood that had plenty of supermarkets, food venues and transport links.

The noise from traffic outside was quite loud through the night. I was on the first floor facing the busy main road at the front of the building. The windows could be more soundproof.

Quirky wonderful hotel with great theme. Very clean and very friendly helpful staff.Hotel is well placed for trams, metro and walking to main areas. Getting there from airport is very simple using metro. Über, bolt etc very cheap to use. Plenty of scooters etc all over lisbon too, though streets etc get very busy. Good selection at breakfast.

It is in a central location. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is nice and the decor is unique.

The lift is quite slow. There is quite a bit of noise from the street outside so if you are not used to that recommend to bring earplugs.

The bed. It was oval. No headboard.

In my opinion the breakfast was poor for €10 eggs was more liquid no milk next to cereals or hot drinks The bar next door that was attached was closed but on the A board & window on said happy hour 4-7 but was closed when we mentioned it to the staff they said it wasn't & when we went to take picture they had disappeared

Our bed in room 305 was sloping towards the headboard & not enough pillows for the bed & the was way to thin & I takeit this reply won't be shown on your customer feedback as you dont like bad things

Beautiful hotel and great room (superior))right on.the corner with a circular bed! Very good breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Very clean and smelt wonderful!

The surrounding area a little bit run down but on the plus side the metro was a few steps from the hotel and a tram 28 stop was also very close.

Cockroach in breakfast

It was all great until I found a cockroach in my buffet breakfast on my last day - the manager was quite relaxed about it and didn’t deign to come speak to us directly - didn’t follow up with an email as promised either and had to chase.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was convenient.

A quirky and unusual hotel with excellent facilities, staff and rooms. Great value for money too. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff. Also loved the design of the room, and appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and water. There are bus/tram stops and a metro station right outside the hotel door too—it couldn't be more convenient.

I have nothing to fault about this stay!

Breakfast was not wow!

The location was very close to the metro and to the offices that we needed to visit.

Our room was very hot, we addressed it with front desk and they fixed it but the ac didn’t appear to work. It was cooler in the hall than in our room. We had to open the window which then let the noise in so we don’t exactly sleep great due to this but if it had been as cool in room as hallway it would’ve been amazing.
