The entire staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs, the facility was lovely. Sitting in the library and the deck overlooking the water was just lovely. Perfect location, walkable to nearly all things but in a quieter area.

Friendly staff, nice view, nice location: walkable to restaurants, main tourist attractions
nothing really
The room was exceptional: large, well decorated, very tasteful. The common rooms were gorgeously done in Portuguese colors and period furniture and décor (early 19th century). The breakfast, included with the room, was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak to.

The hotel is super cute and comfy. The staff were all super helpful with us. I'd definitely stay there again.
The shower is a bit old, could be upgraded to match all the niceness of the suite.
The library room and the breakfast rooms were so unexpected and unique. It was quiet and beautiful.
Friendly staff. Great breakfast and port in room
Room and bed were comfortable. Room was nicely furnished. Bathroom was spacious and bath robes were a nice touch. Lso the free decanter of port in the room was appreciated. Breakfast choices were very good with both hot and cold options plus plenty of fresh fruit and pastries.
Lovely, friendly hotel. Just far enough outside the centre to be walkable and keep the street noise down to a minimum in a busy city. Beautiful traditional room with a nice boutique hotel feel, we wish we had stayed longer.
Unfortunately, we could hear people in the rooms nearby throughout the night so the noise level was a bit too much. Other than that there were no issues.
Had a Juniour Suite and the size was huge, overlooking the river. Staff at front desk, particularly Elsa were amazing.Lovely hotel!
Our favorite hotel in Lisbon, just a perfect, charming place where everything is done well. Lovely, kind staff, great homey environment, fabulous food, in a great neighborhood. We will continue to come back, again and again.

Everything. Superb property in every way. Huge room, comfortable bed, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, daytime snacks/coffee gratis. Great ambience. Free port in room, bathromes, slippers. Just fantastic.
Leaving.
Very comfortable stay despite awful weather. Loved the cosy library, bar & breakfast. Ideal location. Staff super helpful.
No need for the bidet & shower in room 16 a bit tired
Beautiful old mansion with history. An interesting hotel, if you like modern, boring hotels this is not for you. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. On a bus route into Lisbon centre.
It was just a nice place to stay. Room was small but very nice and breakfast was great. Staff was fantastic!!!
Really, no complaints.

Everything! We felt comfortable and completely at home in this beautiful hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly or helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. We loved our room and didn't want to leave. We hope to return to Lisbon and definitely want to stay at this hotel again - it was one of the best features of our trip.
Nothing! Every detail had been thought of.
