There was a great view from our balcony, and the location was very close to the airport.

Apparently, it's not a hotel. It's a guest house. There was no bathroom in my room. I had to share it with a few people. There was a strong odor in the bathroom. There were no glasses/ cups in the room. I had to use a glass from the kitchen area (no sink)
The "call when you arrive" approach added some logistical complexity. Additionally, while we stayed, the hallway smelled like there was a plumbing issue. Though the smell was not noticeable in our room.
Noisy at night. Moldy smell in bathroom.
