I like the bar top view and hotel location.

The food, the narrow space of elevator and corridors.

The bed was very comfortable the room was spacey the breakfast was good. The young man managing the bar was very kind. The night manager with the grey hair was extremely helpful and kind

The younger day manager at the front desk mornings was arrogant and of no service. Our mini bar fridge was broken and he never bothered to have it fixed or change our room. My wife asked for 2 glasses of ice and he refused saying she would only get 1.

Breakfast was good in general. I was hoping for fresh squeezed orange juice but they had bottle orange juice(which was still good).

Room was bit too tight and did not have enough space around the bed. There was no power outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer.

Everything was perfect! The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was stylish and spotless, the view from the balcony was peaceful, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

We were a bit disappointed that we had not been notified in advance that the restaurant was closed when we checked in. We walked all through town and specifically walked back to enjoy a meal at the hotel, but the restaurant was closed for renovation. This did cause us to go back out late at night to find a bite to eat.

The rooms were very clean, but that’s about it. The location was not what it said on booking.com. The staff had no idea how to fix a TV so friends of ours that went with us stayed in a room with no TV for two days. The restaurant was closed for renovations. The bathroom showers are terribly designed. They flooded the whole bathroom. Our friends had two waters, a beer and a candy bar and when we checked out, they never asked them to pay and then they wanted to charge $34 and we told them these people stayed in a room with no TV. no one could fix it. Asked to speak with the manager and of course no one was available. We complained the first day we got there because it also said airport shuttle, but you have to read the fine print. There is a fee for airplane shuttle. Also on booking.com. It says it’s 0.8 mile away from the airport. Lied.

Small lovely rooftop bar with an AMAZING view.Great balcony to chill while in house. Cleaning staff replaced a perfume bottle with a brand new one (exact same) that fell while cleaning with a lovely letter attached apologizing. NEVER EVER seen that. Amazing!

Depending on what you want to do the location can be tricky, but since everything is 10-20minutes away you'll pay 5-10euros for Uber per trip but paying less for an amazing hotel with a balcony, because it's less in city center. Weight out what's important for you.

The staff were really friendly. The location is good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was quite small and not a lot of space for our big suitcase. The room wasn't very sound proof, we could hear people chatting and TV's from other rooms.

They had a late check out which was nice (noon) and it is a reasonably short walk to the metro (8 min). Free water in reception. They let us store our bags on the day we departed after we had checked out.

The room was quite small and there was a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom which was a bit odd - flooded the room with light if you used the bathroom in the middle of the night. The walls are quite thin so can hear neighbours. There were some ants in the bathroom. Pillows were a bit lumpy.

Good location. Comfortable bed and clean. Thin walls, so could unfortunately hear a lot from neighbouring rooms. Occasional sewage smell.
