I fond this hotel awful quality,I am extremely disappointed with this awful hotel and should be only 1* I travel the world 202 days every year because I worked for international airlines and I managed two Hotels I found this hotel not 4* try to stay awy
I am a 65 years old trust me Do not trust what you read the hotel not worth it I paid $--- for a hotel no more than $35 they will not deliver everything thy said Shuttle, breakfast, or free parking included and it is a duty hotel.
Central location was nice.
It is a little old and dated. The rooms, particularly the bathroom, could have been cleaner and updated.
It's about 7 minute walk to Pombal Metro station. I stayed at this hotel on two different occasions: the first king bed was a good sized room; the second with twin beds was smaller and bathroom smaller too, and awkward to use toilet.
Easy to get to from the metro
Bed and pillows are somewhat hard. Fine if you are used to it or jet lagged.
Safe was broken and I called receptionist to ask to send someone to fix it and unfortunately nobody came.
Walking distance around 20 minutes from the historic Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and helpful always with everything I needed. Breakfast was great!!! Hotel and room were clean.
