The staff were kind and helpful

Mattress was like a board, made worse with a plastic cover that made it even harder. Room had tables & chairs & a desk area, but no USB or available outlet. No hot water pot/coffee. (light in bathroom was and couldn't be replaced. No clock.

location is close tp the airport

I stoped by the day before my stay to check parking, breakfast, etc.. they didnt mentioned the AC was broken, the room was an oven, even with windows open, did not sleep at all, no fan available, did not offer a discunt or anything. never again.

Extremely big bed, electric kettle, big desk space, location was great as well. Reception was helpful when requesting extras. Good for parking (very few accomodations with parking in November).

Local tax was not disclosed (important for tourists), so final price was higher. Entry to parking lot is also an exit and we had to reverse a few times as cars where exiting (and you cannot see them when driving in) so be ready for that.

Large room and bathroom; super comfortable bed; although it is an old hotel, it is quite clean and comfortable; enough toiletries and clean towels and sheets; functional heating system.

There was a lot of noise when the guests from above were flushing or using the bathroom; the ceiling was quite dusty; the tiles inside the bathroom were moldy; bad lighting.

Location was exactly what we were after for this trip and there was ample parking. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was great.

I was giv dabal bed . but is didn" t there in room. there only 3single bed. I hert this.

Friendly staff and great location.

The room located on the upper floor is quite noisy due to all the machinery installed in the roof and poor soundproof.Unfortunately during our stay we never had shower gel in the bathroom. Upon requesting for the dispenser to be refilled nothing happened.

clean and confortable

first day: leaking rain water from the ceiling. It had been leaking for a whole day and a whole night. They only fixed it next morning.Third night: fire alarm had sounded for about an hour. Called reception and they said “everything is ok”Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Male staff members seemed to be indifferent to guests. The young ladies at least smiled to us.

This is a decent hotel in Lisbon. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has a good location in a nice area near two or three metro stations on different lines. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Rooms maybe have dated design but there are no defects, it's all very clean and feels like it's new.

All towels had musty smell like they are not properly dried.

My room had a major thing going for it: the bed is amazing, so huge and comfortable! Overall a nice place to stay, comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood. It also has free parking (the description says that it's available for a fee but in fact it's free). The water is nice and warm very quickly after you open the tap.

It's a little dated and doesn't feel like a four star hotel. Many TV channels were showing an error. The towels could be a little better washed because mine smelled a little bit of damp. But overall a very nice place to stay.

The location wasn’t so bad from the main part of downtown although a lengthy walk.

No coffee or tea in the room, the breakfast was not good. The coffee was bad at breakfast as well, not worth it for the price

The fact that there is free parking available The staff are nice, the housekeeping staff are very kind

The linen were old and smelly

The room was very spacious with a full lounge area. The view of the city was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely.

Nothing at all to dislike.
