Grape Harbor Prata Apartments

Great location. Courteous staff. Basic groceries for breakfast and fresh breads every morning. Housekeeping everyday doing the dishes. Very comfortable and convenient.

The entire experience was lovely. The apartments are very central. The staff all spoke good English and provided good assistance when we needed it.

We were happy with everything.

I highly recommend Grape Harbor Suites. It is an excellent location, the staff is wonderful and very helpful, and the cleaning with the daily delivery of breakfast treats is exceptional. I highly recommend Grape Harbor Suites in Lisbon Portugal.

Perfect location for our 4 days in Libson - closed to traffic street, public transportation stops on the street, walk to river, Rossio, Alfama and a great apartment. Breakfast, welcome wine and helpful staff all made the stay exceptional.

The booking post is very misleading! The hotel is not good. Terrible bed, very uncomfortable. The room wasn't clean. The bathroom is old and shabby. And the price is expensive for a hotel at this level. Also the breakfast is not really a breakfast but they supply you with the very very basic ingredients to make and cook your own breakfast at the very basic kitchenette. A very very disappointing hotel!!

Great location, very central and safe, easy access to sightseeing areas by public transport or just walking. Several great authentic stores around the hotel for Portuguese wine, port, and other local products.

Breakfast can improve, it was simple, mostly pastries and jam. The only hot option would be egg to make it yourself in the room (my partner has egg allergy so it was a no for us)

The apartment was well stocked and the morning breads were good to start the day. The location was central to many of the sites and close to many restaurants in the Biaxa district. The washer/dryer was much appreciated in the middle of our trip.

The street in front of the hotel was not accessible by car so luggage had to be pulled a block. The room was a little smaller than anticipated for an apartment. The bath towels were not real soft.

Perfect location for seeing all of the popular sites and close to a taxi stand, metro and not far from the train station. The breakfast was delicious and unique for us in that you were able to choose fresh options every evening and receive them each morning. The staff were excellent and the Hotel had an elevator which we appreciated! The kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine worked very well.

The location was amazing and the layout of the apartment was good. I think the room was really well equipped and I really appreciated the stocked fridge for breakfast.

The bathroom and the hallway was a bit outdated and could have been improved.

Close to the Braxia and towards the water. Comfy beds and wonderful staff. Loved having breakfast included which made the morning easy for our family.

Great location right it the middle of all the attraction. Quiet, clean, very large apartment with washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Front desk always available. Really everything you’d be looking for when vacationing in Lisbon with family.
