    Pros +

    • Location was as expected; Had all needed amenities
    • Little bit small, but maybe this is Europe standard
    • The staff. Carla was sweet and went out of the way to help us. The proximity to Baxio/Chiado isn’t bad either. Safety is good. Always felt safe in neighborhood.

    Cons -

    • Bedspread and rug had some staining
    • Good breakfast, nice stuff, good balcony
    • The rooms are VERY VERY small. If you’re a typical American in height and weight then you will be highly disappointed by the rooms. If you’re a couple it’ll be tight. No actual closet. Beds are single and at best a queen for a couple. The bathroom is tiny. A walk in shower that’s again minimal to turn around in. The elevator is tiny. Two people at most and with luggage it’s one at a time. Elevator only goes up to 5th floor so if you have the suite on 6th floor it’s you and your luggage on your own. Amenities in the room are basic. No coffee. The breakfast is just ok. Most things are surface level at this hotel. I read it’s a 3 star with 8+ ratings and then I found it said 2 star rating. It’s definitely a 2 star.

Great place to stay in Lisbon with good breakfast and clean rooms!

That it has an elevator that it was clean and the AC

Just a little on the pricey side for the space in the room

It is important that it looks as pictured and described online, and it was. Everything was clean and modern, close to the airport, and the staff was nice. I also appreciated that my late arrival, close to midnight, was approved.

The setup for breakfast seemed a bit disorganized but not a deal breaker.

    Convenience

Grease stains on the exterior of doors and cabinetsno Bucket inside the room only 1 in wcsize of roomvalue of monylocation a little far from the city v=center

The breakfast had good variety, for my personal experience it was good . And I had the choice to eat at the restaurant area or at the outdoor lounge which I enjoyed.

The distance between the hotel and the metro specially when coming Back to the hotel I had to clime up … it wasn’t very far but it was tiring for me personally.

Comfortable room and good showers. Sofia at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Nice little terrace at the back of the hotel. Close to metro station and about 25 mins walk to old town.

The young man at the reception desk is the reason for the 10 star exceptional review. He knows what real customer service is and it shows that he has proper training in the tourism industry. There was an issue with the room that we were staying in and he was incredibly helpful in understanding the issue and rearranging accommodations in addition to offering complimentary services to offset the time hassle and inconvenience. Everything was perfect after that. Thank you VERY much for your outstanding service!

Good location and lots of cafes and stores around to pick up water and stuff.

The room was tiny. We had a triple and there was no room at all to move.

Very good location to get to the centre. Very kind staff. Nice facilities. What can you ask for more?

    Clean rooms, amazing a/c

Elevator was loud- sounded like a jackhammer every time it was running. Impossible to believe nobody has left a comment or review stating this. July 2025

I did not have breakfast at this hotel

That they were charging for breakfast it should have been included with the meal. Also that the elevator didn't go up to the 6th floor. And the carpets definately need to be replaced.

    10MUTASIMPosted on: 7-7-2025

    The price and the staff.

Small room and very small bathroom. However, it is still a good choice.

    10Bia C.Posted on: 6-25-2025

The room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location is around 30 mins walk from the city centre.

Breakfast is repetitive and maybe can become boring for some of you if you stay longer than 3 nights.

    9MichaelPosted on: 6-11-2025

I particularly liked the neighborhood— away from the most heavily touristy areas, but close enough to the heart of the old city. Plenty of nice restaurants, which both locals and tourists patronized. The room was small, as advertised, but nice.

    The breakfast was not great.
