Villa Baixa - Lisbon Luxury Apartments

Staff was super nice and helpful. I forgot a dress in the closet, they called me and offer to send to mu new hotel. Location is great. We had a car, there is no parking available, but 2 minutes walking from the hotel there is a huge parking garage.

We liked everything about this hotel. It was very clean, the rooms were comfortably, the staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. It was conveniently located in the heart of the historic district, within walking distance of everything.

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s located right in the heart of the city center but it’s in a corner where nothing stays open late so it’s quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again

Everything from location, bed and staff was excellent. We appreciated the staff reaching out prior to our visit to offer transportation options and tips to ensure we were able to find them if we took a taxi or uber instead because the drop off point may not be easily known.

It was right in the historic district. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions and they held our luggage until our room was available. It was very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Beautiful rooms, extremely clean and very comfortable.I also like that they have staff at reception desk at 7:30 - 19:00. That’s some added warmth and convenience.

Great location ; close to everything. Clean , spacious , great view and comfortable beds . Coffee and water gets refilled every day at no charge . There is a small fridge, kitchen and essentials for cooking

The place is absolutely wonderful — it’s located in the heart of the old city, surrounded by all means of transportation, and restaurants are everywhere. Despite that, it’s peaceful with no noise.As for the accommodation, it’s more than excellent. The room is fully equipped with everything you might need, very clean and well organized, and all essentials are provided. The staff clean the rooms regularly and replace anything missing.The reception staff are amazing, helpful, and—most importantly—always friendly and cheerful. Any issue, if it arises, is quickly and easily resolved.Thank you very much for the hospitality. I would definitely return to this place if I visit Lisbon again.

A very nice and convenient room. Well equipped. Nice decor. A very friendly staff. A very central location with great metro and tram connection.

Be aware that the location can be a little noisy (there is a restaurant on the street).

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was perfect. We were close to so many attractions. The apartment was so beautiful and they even left us a small bottle of wine as a welcome. We would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful place to stay, in a great location and a lovely suite. We liked everything about the place, but especially the helpful staff, namely Jose. He made us so welcome and helped us out with several things, including finding the best pastel de natas, getting train tickets to Porto and special ordering little bottles of Ginjinha. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Exceptionally comfortable, modern and clean in the heart of the city. Staff very helpful - our stay felt like home away from home! Every single detail in the layout and equipment of the apartment is designed to provide maximum comfort.

Clean, quiet, with fast elevator

Location was great for walking guests. Andrea at front desk went above and beyond to assist us. Upon checkin, she accompanied us to our room and explained everything in the room and how things worked. She recommended restaurants and stores that matched our preferences. We had booked a transfer to the airport prior to arriving in Lisbon and when there was an issue with our pickup, ( not booked through Villa Baixa), she spoke to the driver and made sure we were picked up on time. We greatly appreciated her help.

We loved our apartment in the middle of this busy area in Lisbon, a few blocks from the Santa Justa elevator. It was decorated just like the pictures, very clean, and had a super comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had read that some people found the location noisy. My husband and I are both light sleepers, so at night, we would close the wooden shutters to help with the noise (really, only from the trolley cars which are nearby) and put in our earplugs. We slept great every night. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again!
