Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices.

Curtain needed to be fixed. Didn’t block out light. There should be a sign and luggage location to register. Registry should be on first floor.

The hotel is located on a main street, and the windows are not noise-proof at all, meaning we could hear traffic and street noise continuously despite the windows being closed. Also, we could clearly hear footsteps from upstairs, elevator sounds, toilet flushing, and even plugs being connected and disconnected in the neighboring room, as if everything was happening inside our room. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was located directly next to the bed, There is also no proper lobby or reception area on the ground floor, which felt unusual and uncomfortable. During our stay, the elevator was not working, and after a long and tiring day we were forced to climb the stairs.Our stay was far from what was advertised and absolutely not worth what we paid. For that price, we expected a quality, well-managed, and responsive hotel, which this property clearly was not.

Close to everything, clean and friendly staff also a wonderful breakfast. I will come back again and recommend to everyone.

Good location

It is very stinky, something smells like sewage though out the 4th floor . The employee was supposed to book an airport transfer for us but it was not registered in the system. Glad we double checked the day before and took an uber instead

I love that it was central but I hate the fact that I could hear everything outside of my window.

It was too noisy. The walls are hallow and the street is right outside my window.

I like the location. It was easy to navigate through the city center. I liked the cleanliness.

I didn’t like that you had to go up the stairs to check in on the fifth floor. There was no elevator to the fifth floor. Elevator only takes you up to the fourth.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Anny at Reception was a delight; she helped with information, arrangements with tours and was always a cheerful face. Location was good and room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and contained a hand written note thanking us for staying at the hotel along with chocolates. The a/c was turned on and the room was nice and cool. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Would have loved if the windows were of a thicker pane due to the location being right downtown, which is what we wanted, it was very noisy from the street.

Larger rooms

Location was excellent, walkable to all the neighborhoods. It was not noisy at night when we were there. Breakfasts were great.

I love the room and the big windows that had the balcony. I also love the location which was in the centre. The staff were especially kind and generous with their time and their assistance. I missed breakfast one day and one staff member was kind enough to offer and suggest I eat something and he brought me some croissant which was so sweet!

There is a bit of a smell, but I don’t think it is from the hotel maybe from the building or are they area. It wasn’t a big deal and definitely you can not smell it if you open the window.
