    Pros +

    • Great location, great staff. Clean, liked the bathroom in the room
    • Location
    • The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was good and staff was welcoming and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Petty little extra costs and a thin tiny nlanket
    • I selected a shared bathroom option. My fault. I'd forgotten how messy others leave a bathroom.
    • No kitchen in the hostel I think is the only downside.Cleaning ladies were having very heated discussions in the common areas where people are chilling or working or waiting for their rooms very loud.

Really nice hostel and amazing value of the quality. Big room with a big bathroom, curtains and a little desk with extra storage for coats and jackets.Common area with lots of seating and a good internet. I was working.Very central location, can't be more central close to everything

The location is excellent for sightseeing in central Lisbon and the breakfast provided was very good. Additionally, it was very convenient to have a vending machine with drinks available downstairs right by the reception area.

The check-in process was frustrating as we waited over 15 minutes for anyone to appear at the reception. The four-person room felt quite claustrophobic; it is fine for a single night, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. There were also issues with air circulation, leaving the top bunks too hot while the bottom ones were too cold, and it got quite noisy at night due to the street. Finally, the fact that towels are not included as standard was very disappointing. Even though renting them is inexpensive, I haven't encountered such a policy anywhere else in the world.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. Clean, comfortable, elevator, key-card access to rooms, nice bathroom, heat(not everyplace has heat, and it's chilly in January)!Be sure and include breakfast with your stay; it's really nice, and an excellent value.

    That I can't live here!

Everyone goes out of their way to help. They are fluent in English and I respect that but I also respect the fact they don't have to speak it become it is not the language of the country. This fact is making it much more valuable and I salute them. There is a breakfast and I suggest to everyone to take it. Amazing variety of food. Thank you for everything

    Having to pay for luggage...

Should provide concierge service to guests instead of charging guests for luggage storage. This is definitely our first experience having to pay for luggage storage.

Excellent location, modern rooms and 4 person female room with our own bathroom and shower. I felt very secure and liked the room and privacy curtains.

Other women in the room didn’t understand the expectations. It would be helpful to give people a copy of courtesy etiquette in their own language. For instance some girls left all their personal products all over the bathroom and desk area. Also one woman got up at 5:30am to get a train ticket and made lots of noise. There are ways to be polite when sharing a room.

Very central, clean and quiet. The bed bunks have curtains and ensures privacy.

The staff were not very enthusiastic and it cost money to store luggage.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location is very central.

The WiFi did not work at all for me in my room. Even mobile data did not seem to work. My room was on the fourth floor. There was some brownish smudge on the wall next to my bed. Most importantly, I stayed in one of the upper beds in the four-people dorm room. The air conditioner was directly opposite to my bed. It was winter time so we turned on the air-con because of the weather. However, there was a great difference in the temperature you felt when you stayed in the lower beds vs the upper beds. When the air con was on, it was mildly chilled when you stayed in the lower beds but unbearably hot when you stayed in the upper beds. It became worse when I closed the privacy curtain. The air con blowed hot air directly to all the upper beds. It was like staying in the oven. If we turned the temperature down, then all the people in the lower beds felt cold. The warm air did not circulate down that much.

Location, location, location. Comfy bed and sufficiently satisfying breakfast, but it would be more ideal if some modifications can be made every other morning, and if a toaster oven can be provided to reheat the tart and croissants.I arrived at night. Appreciate if the website can provide easy direction instructions to your facility. For example: it is diagonal to Rossio station and a few blocks from United Benetton store, one street after Hotel Story, next to the Japanese ramen restaurant. Your place is located on the side street and there is no sign at all outside the premises. A 2-minute walk took me over half an hour to circle around the square.

    Not really.

    The location

The room for 4 was awful. Really small and claustrophobic. Probably the worst room ive ever stayed in.

The room and bed were clean, as well as the toilet. It was winter and the room was warm enough, very comfortable. It was also quiet in the night. The reception area had many chairs with charging outlets. The location was very convinient.

Wifi disconnected and we needed to put our email address frequently, the paid locker
