No fridge or microwave in the rooms

Clean room. Decent water pressure in shower, but the wand did not have a holder.The real gem here is Ruby. We had multiple delays in our arrival. She waited until 2:25 am to let us in the building. #firstclass

Was only there for six hours, but a more comfortable bed would be nice.

The location is good and the place is ok for a short term hostel

We couldn't leave the bags behind for long as they wanted to charge 20 Euros per hour, which was unreasonable. The first room has a smelly toilet and the place is quite old

Good location, close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The area was also quiet.

Hard to find because the address is incorrect, and there’s only a very small sign outside. Staff don’t speak English well and instructions were unclear. No kitchenware in the room at all (no plates, cutlery, or spoons), only a few glasses.

This place offered excellent value. The staff were very helpful and available at most times. The street was reasonably quiet, yet close to the town, just a few minutes walk from cafes, etc., and not far from the metro, the beach, shops, and other amenities. There was plenty of hot water that was easy to control. And we enjoyed a Juliet balcony. The room was a good size, and the furnishings were basic and clean.

The location was great — very close to the bus stop and surrounded by lots of restaurants. We checked in around 1:30 a.m., but the staff was waiting at the reception and kindly explained everything to us.

There was no AC, so it was extremely hot — especially during the daytime. There was a single fan attached to the wall, but it was far from the bed and we could barely feel the breeze.

Our room had a Bidet, a small table and chairs and a very nice view of the Tajo. Price value was amazing!

They only keep bags until 16h.

Love this place. A little worn but clean, comfortable, and great price and view.

Friendly staff and ok accommodation, check in was really easy and the room was clean and had enough space to place your luggage and be confortable around. The door of the room was very noisy and so every time I went to the toilet in the middle of the night i would wake my travel buddy up, but that's just funny i think XD. Location was very nice. About 15min waking to the center and has stores and restaurants around

Beautiful old building, exceptionally clean and large rooms, very helpful and kind staff.

Only small complaint, no elevator (but to be expected for a building of that time period). Also, a kettle for hot water in room would have been nice.

check in took ages, not a big deal but I have to say it shouldn't take so longthe bathrooms although big and clean did leave a slight crack open when you close the door, personally idc but can imagine female humans finding it a bit exposed

The room is infested with roaches. I couldn’t stay there overnight, the got in my bag. I had to shake them off.

The Wifi was included and really stable. Everything was very clean and staff was truly amazing.

The staff was very nice

The room smelled a bit moldy, which was expected from an old building. The bathroom wasn’t great equipped. The provided soaps were very cheap and inefficient. There are no hair dryers in the room, you have to go to the desk to get one. They do not accept the citytax by credit card, only cash.

Good budget stay. Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly front desk workers.

They could need a water boiler in each room.

Nice and spacious room near the major sites of Lisbon. Shared bathroom is clean and the window view is phenomenal.

The toilets in Floor 3 are not new so there are stains.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the private bathroom was clean. There was a nice balcony to watch people on the street. My first hostel, it was great!

Lots of uphill walking to get to the property. Just part of the Lisbon experience.

Great location, very close to all main attractions but still very quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood seems secure. Although a car window was broken one morning I returned to the accomodation very late each night, but did not experience anything bad. Police was around the street even late at night to ensure the safety I guess. The room had great view of the river, it was nice to see the view each morning when I wake up.

The lighting of the room could be better. There was a smell in the corridor of detergent we clothes as the linens were washed in the 3rd floor. Additionally, the cleaning was not very good. I saw little cockroaches 2 times. Additionally, the drain in the shower was not working well, the shower filled with water in 5 minutes and it was a very unpleasant experience. Other than the shower thing it was great value for money experience.
