Moxy Lisbon City

The staff made the experience exceptional, tips on dinner, storage, room ready when we arrived. My partner booked the wrong Moxy for our second night and the staff were more than helpful in helping us spend the second night with you.

More bacon for breakfast, the small wieners did not cut it.

The pool was only open until 8!

The hotel lacation is just perfect. And we loved - that it has a lounge-bar, where you can get light dinner at the place and have a conversation about the day spend in Lisbon and around it.

As we were family with two kids, we took the familg room and honestly the hotel shouldn't offer such opportunity as the kids should sleep almost on the ground. Eventhough the staff declares it to ba a sofa, honestly is sofa matched with the matress right on the floor. What is more, the room is too small and not comfortable for the family with 2 kids. I would recommend hotel to declare it very clearly.

Staff was the best part. Very helpful.

Going for work, I had to do some evening prep. The lack of desk, ironing board and iron was unexpected. The staff quickly fixed the ironing issue, but having to go work in the common area with a bunch of very young people was less than ideal.

Carpet smell very badI spent bad night and change room the next day.The staff came to my room at 12.04 pm, the told me to leave immediately my room!!! Its not “classe” et not professional at allIt was my the fourth time in this hotel but the last

Modern design hotel with social atmosphere. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close enough to the city centre. Transportation close by.

I loved the sheets, really white and clean looking. I love hooks on the walls, helps you keep track of everything. The staff were helpful. Location to the train station.

The size of everything was really small.

High price, small simple room

The staff are amazing, attentive and efficient. So lovely and helpful, every request was dealt with so fast and with a smile. Great location, lovely neighbourhood and close enough to walk everywhere. Breakfast was fab, great variety. Pool area was just okay, wasn’t warm water. All but two sun loungers were covered in shade. Should add a second ladder into the pool at the opposite end as was quite awkward getting in when people were bathing right next to the only entrance ladder.

No fridge, kettle, iron or storage space in the room. It was very hot and meant we would have to regularly go out and buy water, if we wanted it to be cold, as it would go warm in the room. Very minimal storage space. As a group of three there was one hanging area with FIVE hangers, for a week stay. Had to request more. Had to request iron and board, no issue but no where to then store it. There was a hot tap in the reception guests could use, a very minor inconvenience. Breakfast area was very cramped and small, people getting frustrated, should be spread out more.

The rooms was enough for family and two kids (6 and 8 yo). The buffet area is maybe too tight the space but quite positive optimized. The pool on the roof is tiny and easy to be cold and windy (even in August). We loved the stayed in the hotel. Has a very urban, young style an dis very good located.

All good, but the parking place is a little bit challenging since is a serpentin and quite narrow,Maybe teh coffee for breakfast could be better, even the one a payed extra from the Cafe Bar was not good. The staff is young, modern and friendly,

The room was at the end of the corridor and was very quiet

The size of the room and bed could have been larger. The car parking was a nightmare if you have a large car.

I travelled alone with my two daughters and they just loved the hotel, the staff are friendly, there's an easy and affordable restaurant, breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed the fun atmosphere.

Very good room, good size, lovely shower. All the staff were very helpful and super nice!

Missing some small things in the room like mini fridge, and few toiletries like shower cap or body cream

This property has a very cool vibe and lovely staff. Room was comfy. I spent some time in the common areas after checking out before heading to the airport. It was a great place to relax and grab a drink before heading out.

The breakfast food was ok, but not great. The buffet area felt a bit hectic as it’s quite small.

The property was located in a quiet spot of the city and within walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions.

Everything was pay as you go and not even coffee or water were provided with the room. Everything is a la carte so be prepared for all the extras. The hotel is very geared to 30 and under crowd and decorated as such with loud images and neon everywhere

Rooms were good-sized, beds, comfortable, and well designed bathrooms..Good Food choices at breakfast.

Area was a bit far from restaurants and nightlife. The swimming pool was small Dining seating space was sometimes tight at breakfast, and there was not enough space for the food container pots to be opened with space to place the lids conveniently.

The property was great, staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive, and the amenities were great
