Everything was amazing, clean, lots of space in the room, service very good.
The hotel is quite central. There's a supermarket right across it. There's a metro station a block away. The room was comfortable.
Poor
My glasses when missing in my room , I have contacted hotel several times with no response back.
Great location. Really good breakfast-plenty of variety. Underground parking was very helpful as street parking limited.
-good, calm location close to the supermarket -friendly staff-good breakfast-big, comfortable rooms
-cleaning took a little bit too long, there were also some people doing repairs in the hallway at 8 in the morning, this was disturbing.
Good
Few tables for breakfast, slow /crowded elevators.Broken shower and window not opening correclty.
I like the clean room The location for me is nice The staff is nice
The price is highI should about the water to give to me
Very clean and comfortable.
A bit far from the center, but well connected to bus and metro.
For us the location was perfect; directly across the street from a supermarket fully stocked and just down the road from the metro station. The room itself met expectations and housekeeping we very good and we enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was pretty good, staff was friendly and location was easy to get around the city (not only the town centre).
I stayed in an adapted room with my mum (due to her low mobility) and I’m very grateful to the staff for arranging this. However, note to the management: the bathroom floor was *extremely* slippery because it has a smooth finish (specially when wet) and there was no accessible towel rail, which was a bit surprising.

Excellent staff. Vitoria very friendly. Huge choice of breakfast items. Very comfortable bed
After departing for the airport, we realized an iPad was left in the room. The staff member who answered went right to our room and located it. We sincerely appreciate the expedience and follow up!
Very close to the center of the city
The bed was not so comfortable as we would like it to be.One side was tilted more then other.
Very clean , exceptional staff , splendid breakfast , really big rooms and perfect location where metro and buses take you to the city centre
Nothing, everything is perfect , we would really come like to come back again
Beautiful place, wide and very clean room and very kind staff
Cozy apartment in good location
Parking at hotel is very expensive and found cheaper street parking, but it’s difficult to find parking
