Pros +
- Clean and large room
- Well kept, tidy and quiet hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Located just a two minute walk from Intendente Metro station, and a decent amount of food places in the area, some open late, as well as a 10-25 minute walk to most places of interest.
- Very clean, and good experience with the staff
Cons -
- Expensive breakfast
- Walking into the lobby, the lights stayed off so it looked like a dark set of a John Wick movie.. The room smelled like a urinal. The shower doors don't close completely. Towels and surfaces don't dry. Sink was slanted, so dripped water onto the floor.
- Everything is a bit small. The room size, the elevator, and the shower is incredibly cramped. The hotel is located on a slight hill, and has some pretty gritty streets very close by. Nothing too bad, but some may find it a little uneasy.

Our room was on the first floor facing the street, and noisy at night. There was no wifi coverage in our room.
The staff was super helpful, gave great recommendations for the neighborhood. What I liked is that this hotel is in a neighborhood not in the touristy areas. It was just around the corner from the metro station and it was so easy to get there from airpor.
Breakfast just ok.
The front desk staff were amazing every problem I had was dealt with professionally and swiftly making me feel valued as a person staying here.
Walking distance from city center. Close to a subway station and the tram stop of the famous historic tram line #28. The room was very clean with daily room service. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The bed was really very comfortable. The Wi-fi connection was reliable and fast.
The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. It's better to enjoy a proper breakfast in one of the many options outside of the hotel. It consisted of a wide selection of local sweet pastries that changed daily. Some cheap yoghurt, corn flakes, muesli, fresh fruit. The selection of non-sweet meals was very limited with no daily changes - omelette (dry/well done type), beans, grilled mini-sausages, grilled vegetables, two sorts of mortadella type sausage, one chorizo, one cheese. No fresh vegetables. No proper coffee, just the typical hotel breakfast coffee-type drink. There was no refrigerator in the room, which we didn't miss, just sayin'.
Nice staff. Good breakfast
Dining space is small
REGULAR
Desayuno regular, atencion del personal regular, no es confortable
Staff; breakfast; location
The shower box needs some repair because there was water leakage on the floor
Location and parking(although tight to get into) staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Place was clean so really can’t fault.
Rooms not that big
Clean and well mentained. Good value for money.
Location was a bit far for the city center.
Rooms clean . The breakfast was ok. Some strange food. Beans for breakfast plus succotash with some eggs that has something in it. Not sure what it was.
The garage is a sheer joke , extremely dangerous to enter and exit. Plus you have to PAY FOR PARKING 15 EUROs a day. Nothing mentioned on booking.com. they have a bar but do not serve anything cause they are Muslim owned. No ice. The hotel is in the middle of a block. At night it is very noisy.Had trouble with room key and our booking reservation was switched with the other party that stayed with us.Will not stay there again.

Nice location and access around all transport facilities. The breakfast was very delicious.
Missing fridge from the room.
I believe there is room for some improvement at this hotel. The price of the breakfast did not match its quality, and I felt that the quality was lacking. In addition, the WiFi was extremely unstable, which made it challenging to stay connected. Lastly, but in my option, most important , the bed in our room was clearly ready to be changed, the madras were worn out, and in need of an upgrade to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel located about 20 minutes on foot to the centre and 30 minutes on foot to the sea. An underground station very close to the hotel. We got a quiet room with a beautiful view on the top floor, as requested. The room was very cosy and cleaned every day. Breakfast was more than wonderful - delicious coffee with soya milk, fresh bread and rolls, vegetables, fruit and everything you need to start a sight-seeing day in Lisbona. Nice and helpful staff. Thank you for a wonderful 5-night stay!
Not a thing
Clean and parking was good
It was loud - location isn’t close to city centre
Good location metro very close, 20 min walk to main area ie start of the yellow tour bus.Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant staff.
Rooms were a bit small, no double bed just 2 singles pushed together. Ok we did have the lowest price which seemed to be good value. Onsite Garage parking is 15 euros per day.WiFi didn’t work in the room
