Room was clean, spacious and the staff was super helpful and friendly!

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean but a bit small which is the common theme in Europe. Definitely recommend this place.

The location is close to the main points of attraction, the hotel is spotless clean, rooms are nicely decorated, very comfortable bad and pillows, I just felt amazing during my stay. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and ready to help in case you need something. I definitely recommend it!

Breakfast very poor . Poor choice and so called hot food always cold . Had to change room after water leak following heavy rain . Advertised as 4 star .. more like 3 star

The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to help my husband and I. I am in a wheelchair and needed a little extra help. The room was also very nice, clean and accessible. Breakfast was outstanding. We'd stay here again.

The location is great for public transport and walking. The hotel sits on a large steep hill (like most places in Lisboa) but the causes the entry to the hotel on a corrected slant. I was only able to enter through the bar entry and that was a challenge. I would say the entry is not wheelchair accessible.

The location was good for central Lisbon although there was a bit of a hill to get to it from whichever direction you took. Breakfast was fine and the team put together a pack for the last day as we were leaving early. They catered very well for my gluten intolerance too. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, Location, Location! Travelled as a family of 8 (grandparents to young kids) and ticked all the boxes. Spacious family room (we were upgraded), comfy beds/pillows, great shower, good breakfast selection (coffee can be improved but we had a coffee machine in our room). Reception staff were brilliant, very helpful, patient and kind. Close to most attractions and restaurants. We loved our stay, thank you!

As a coffee lover I was not impressed with coffee at breakfast. But luckily we had a coffee machine in our room

We had a great stay at the hotel. Carlos in particular was exceptional in assisting us with parking, directions, local knowledge, and a great sense of humor! The location of the hotel was excellent, easy walking distance to many attractions in the historical area, with convenient access to transportation.

We felt completely at home in this stylish hotel – our dog was warmly welcomed too! Despite the central location, our room facing the courtyard was wonderfully quiet. Very spacious room with a balcony and a lovely view over the city. Very friendly staff with great local tips and an excellent breakfast – we’d love to come back!

Great location,had booked a standard room but was upgraded to a Luxury Suite upon arrival.Very friendly and helpful staff.Definitely recommending this hotel.

Due to a back injury I struggled getting in and out of the bath. We asked if we could change rooms to a room with a free-standing shower unit. The hotel couldn’t accommodate us a new room for 24 hours but when a room was available they moved our belongings for us. The staff were absolutely brilliant.

Convenient location. The staffs were very friendly and gave very good recommendations about places to visit/eat around Lisbon. Room was nice and clean.
