Ladies who checked me in were friendly Bed is comfortable. Room is quiet

Really nice location. Very big room. Nice building. Friendly stuff.

Location is really nice.

We went there in early winter. Ac wasn’t working st all. We asked for repair, it did not work. It was really cold during the night.

Great staff, provided early check in, nice little cafe downstairs, decent location, short hop from the airport, interesting neighborhood.

More hanger hooks, some sloppy maintenance, a few stains in the paint in the bathroom.

The property is close to the city centre just walking distance

The bed was not that comfortable need to change the mattress its bit too hard and my back was paining most of the time

The hostel itself was fine. I had a private room, which was of a higher standard than most hostel privates. I can't comment on the dorms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The major downside is the location, as I wouldn't consider the area to be among the nicer parts of the city to stay, especially when there are so many other nice neighbourhoods in Lisbon. Overall, if you can get a good price, it is fine as an option.

The location.

The hostel is good value for your money. The rooms and washroom are clean and there is a kitchen as well. It's not located in a touristy area but still close to everything.

Room and washroom are a bit tiny but not a deal-breaker. I would still stay there if you're only staying for one night or so.

Everything was excellent. The hostel is located in a very vibrant area, the facilities were consistently clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming.

Nothing to complain about—everything met or exceeded my expectations for a hostel stay.

Neigborhood is a bit sketchy, we didn't have any negative encounters, but it's definitely not a pleasant walk home at night

The showers although clean they had to be hand held as the shower head holders were broke but apart from that...all good

The balcony of our room had such a lovely view. The location was nice as well. Not too far from the centre.

Convenient location, close to metro station. Abundant eating places from Asian to western. Easy to navigate to get to the old town of lisbon. Plenty of transports I.e. metro, bus, tram. Helpful receptionists. Big thanks

Heating in the bed room could have been warmer.

The staff is very kind and the location is super nice (just a 2 minute walk from the metro)!

The only problem is that they don´t have plug to charge the new I phone next to the bed because they only had USB

The staff, the location. Affordability, overall facilities.

We got a separate room for two with a double room. The toilet was tiny and a bit smelly. Although it was cleaned everyday. The floor was also a bit dirty and you could see some stains on the floor

There is metro station and bus stop nearby.

The hostel itself was fine and the staff were friendly, but the area didn’t feel safe. Even in the morning, there were many homeless and intoxicated people around. On my way to a nearby shop around 10:30, a woman behaving aggressively came close to me and spat on me. Also, during my stay, the door to my shared room opened twice, but nobody came in, which felt unsettling. I’d recommend being cautious when staying in this area.
