Only Location was quite good

At checkin, we were given to understand that breakfast is included. When we were having breakfast the first day, we were told that it is 16 Euros pp. We protested, but they insisted that it is not included. We did not eat again. But they didn?t charge us

Complimentary custard tarts and red wine. A nice start to the great service and amenities of the great central hotel !

A caring staff that went above and beyond, a cozy and comfortable room, close proximity to places of interest and eateries.

The best is location, it was close to everything; the staff is friendly and rooms are clean

Rooms are so small that there isn't any place to sit and write a letter or to even place for two chairs; also the price for the breakfast is 20 euro per person, which is too much, the good thing is that there are plenty of small places to eat @ good price

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast and bartender were fantastic

The location is perfect. Near the main square therefore transportation and near the main attractions. Friendly staff, and clean!

Breakfast wasn¿t included so make sure that you get that sorted out before. We paid 20 euro each, dinners were cheaper!

Small room but comfortable. Most hotel rooms in Europe are small though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and located in a great location for walking around Lisbon. The hotel is decorated in an eclectic style. Wi-Fi signal strength and speed were great.

The elevator is quite small, but this is not that unusual for Lisbon or other European city hotels built in older structures. I thought the reservation stated that airport shuttles were free, but it is not. Get a taxi, it's cheaper.

Really enjoyed the property overall, good location, clean and stylish, great breakfast and friendly staff. Real (not instant!) coffee in the room with French press, that was a really nice touch! Excellent toiletries provided (conditioner and lotion provided).

Everything was great, lift could be more spacious but it is still an excellent place to stay.

The hotel was pretty modern and the location was fantastic, you could visit easily most of the attractions. The room was clean and spacious and overall we enjoyed our stay. I also have to mention the breakfast, it was fantastic.

The bathroom's ventilation could be better but it wasn't that much of a problem.

The only thing if I was being picky would be that our room was at the front of the hotel, so it was a bit loud near the main road. Really not a big issue though.

Nice and clean room. Small, but we expected that. Heating with air conditioning was sufficient. Very good breakfast. Possibility of a breakfast package for early check out. Excellent location on the border of Alfama and Downtown.

Maybe more shelves would be nice.

An excellent hotel in the center of Lisbon. The location is outstanding. Beautiful minimalist decor with great attention to detail. The breakfast was very good, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the best part of all was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, cheerful, and always willing to help and assist with anything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great! In the center of the city, without any stairs. We could go anywhere by foot. The decoration of the hotel and our room was amazing and very clean.Also, they let us store our luggage until our flight.

The bathroom wasn’t isolated with the rest of the room.

Air conditioning was slow if I am picky. Other than that, I find no issues

located at the top of a street near a supermarket and some restaurants. The view from the room was amazing (city + sea view) with a balcony. International channels on the TV, minibar (empty) and Safe box if needed. Staff was very friendly and fluent in English.

A few steps to reach the reception and more steps to reach the lift (small: no more than two people could fit in the lift) so people with mobility issues will struggle a bit. The bathroom was disappointing with no doors for the shower but a big mirror in the shower (?). There was some building work next to the hotel so it was noisy in the morning but OK during the night.

Excellent facilities , the staff were polite , friendly and helpful and were always smiling . The room was large and had a comfortable bed and an excellent shower . The location was also situated very close to both Rossio square and commerce square .
