Very good location, spotless room, super fomfortable mattress and excellent reception staff and ... manager!

Our room was overlooked by the building across the road but there were no net curtains on the windows. If you open the curtains, you have no privacy, if you close the curtains you miss the beautiful daylight. Having a kettle and some tea bags/coffee in the room would be nice

The room had all we needed and had just the right area. The bed was very comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well.We had an upgrade so we ended up going to the top floor and the balcony had a great view.. The fist floor bar was pretty nice for a light meal!

Found some hair in the bathroom…

The truly positive aspects of our stay were the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, who were always available and willing to assist us, as well as the very fresh and varied breakfast that we enjoyed every morning.

The room was quite simple in its layout, with very minimal furnishings. It would have been more comfortable if there were additional seating options, as it only had one chair. We also would have appreciated having a kettle available to make a coffee or a hot drink in the room.

Nice and clean rooms I like the tea, apples and desert they put at lobby daily I like the location near 2 metro stations and close to city center and parks walking There is a very good restaurant next door

Local was great. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff were so nice.

The rooms have individual thermostats but the A/C and heat are central from what the staff told us. We had the A/C on but it was still hot in our room. They informed us that it is better to just turn the unit off, which did help.

The staff was great. The property was very convenient to areas we wanted to explore.

The hotel seemed very hot (both rooms & common areas). We shouldn’t have to open the windows to cool things down. In addition, we had two Uber driver requests and both drivers couldn’t find the property.

Excellent bed and the breakfasts were varied and lovely. Very clean with nice staff. I had a very nice 8 day stay all in all.

The windows are too thin and the noise from the road was annoying. Beeping constantly. Other Ibis hotels have thick soundproofed windows ie Jose Malhao Ibis 2kms away.

The room and the breakfast were great, and I love this part of the city

Team was highly professional and very help full in all matters. each day all queries and route map given by the staff is very much appreciated. The rooms are very cleaned and comfort. The breakfast was highly pleasant to the taste also the staff was so kind. Me and my wife enjoy the days with you (Ibis Lisboa Centro Marques de Pombal).

The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and a nice bright dining room with plenty of space. The location was good - a 5 minute walk from two different metro stations, plus a bus stop a hundred yards up the road that takes you directly to the airport in about 30 mins. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

The official photos of the website gave me the impression there were lots of rooms with balconies. But as far as I could work out, there were only about 7 rooms with balconies, all on the 11th (top) floor. This is just something to be aware of when booking.
