Very clean, excellent location, very friendly, caring staff made sure I was comfortable

Good solid hotel room, no frills but nothing bad about it at all. Serves purpose. Good access to public transport (buses, trams and metro) or withing walking distance of key sights and restaurants

A bit out of the way to many of our destinations in the city.

Staff were the best part of this place. It’s quite run down. Rooms are tiny. Elevator might give out any day.

The room is very small. We couldn’t open and spread our luggage. The bathroom was more spacious.On our last day, the lift was broken. We had to use the stairs to go up and down to and from our room.

Location, soft clean bedding, fridge in a room, reception staff, fresh breakfast , excellent shower pressure, plenty of storage (shelves etc)

Aircon was not working in March, was set to heating instead. Room was very hot and opened window left the street noise in. - no sound proofing

Good location exceptionally helpful kind staff. Breakfast generous hotel good value for money. Rooms soundproof and shower powerful unlike many hotels. Best value for money I've stayed in with the best service. Getting to the airport transfer service cheaper than alternatives and more reliable than alternative taxi options, within 5 mjns the taxi came. Rooms very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend.

Well maintained property. Excellant staff. The breakfast buffet really surprised me. Everything is fresh, and a very nice selection. I didn't even realize it was included with the room until they told me at the desk. I had to leave early for the airport so couldn't stay for the breakfast on my last day. The girl at the desk brought some things out for me to have with my coffee. That is unexpected service. I was quite pleased. It was very helpful as I had a long and busy day ahead of me.- It is very close to the subway stop, so that made things very convenient for me when arriving and returning to the airport. The wall lighting was quite unique. It really set the room off nice.

The location is convenient. The kitchen is nice for cooking with the family. It was fun. Dining area was cosy and intimate.

We booked the apartment for 6 people. There were only 2 bedrooms but also a sofa bed. Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken and 2 people had to book a hotel room for the entirety of the stay. 4 nights which was an additional cost.

For a 3 star hotel, the breakfast is really good. The location is nice and have a parking in front. We needed to ask for some wine opener and glasses that was given to us at the same moment. The girls in reception are always in a good mood.

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 7am by the noise of construction work in the building beside, which sounded like it was right in front of our door. The idea of ​​our stay was to sleep and wake up only at check-out time, something that was impossible to happen. The hotel could do something about it... This will be the reason I won't come back.

Lift is to slow but it's not very important.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the entire hotel had a modern and spotless atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Good location. Close to the city center and close to many restaurants, stores and cafés.

The breakfast was a bit boring and could have offered more variety. Some fresh vegetables like salad, cucumber, and tomato would have been a nice addition.

Top location, great value. Comfortable stay for solo travelers.

The elevator is wonky but hopefully checked regularly for safety.
