The room was nice size and rooftop was great, food was good too!

The bathroom sink would clog with water, buzzing noise above our room on 4th floor, no good view from hotel room.

Be aware...The roof bar is very popular and reservations fill quickly for afternoon and evening food and drinks. Make reservations early...That being said, typically after 2100 you can head up and grab a table for drinks.¿¿

Spectacular boutique hotel, perfectly located in Barrio Alta. Service is outstanding. 1-bedroom suite was perfectly sized and appointed. Everything in the mini-bar was complimentary! Honestly one of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had!

We stayed at the Lumiares twice on this trip because we loved it so much. It is in a perfect location, it’s beautiful, spacious and clean and the rooftop is fantastic, as are the staff! We will be back.

Amazing roof terrace and location, superior breakfast.

Staff was so helpful. Uses WhatsApp and answered so fast and checked in on us thru out the day in case we needed anything. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious, beautiful and every comfort was provided.

This was hands-down the best hotel of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with attentive, five-star service. The location in Bairro Alto is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful—and the boutique design of the hotel is both stylish and comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar with its incredible city views, and having secure on-site parking was very convenient.

Honestly, there’s very little to critique here. Everything from the service to the facilities to the room design was spot-on. It’s rare to find a hotel that delivers on every front, but The Lumiares really does.

We felt like royalty the entire time - great room, fantastic location close to all the best restaurants and shopping, attentive staff and unlimited breakfast buffet. Our kids loved the two bedroom suite, their backpacks and water bottles, and we particularly loved the soundproofing.

You can’t get a Bolt or Uber in the area because it’s a no-drop zone.

The location is perfect and the setup of the property is so charming. We were 3 girls traveling and stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which felt like a house. And the views…loved!

The lack of communication regarding the usage of the spa upon check in to be able to shower and freshen up as our room wasn’t ready til 3pm and we had a tour later that afternoon

The Lumiares hotel and Spa is simply one of the best!. Everything about this hotel is beautiful.The boutique decor and the spacious room suites made this establishment even more impressive.The staff and management are very lovely, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful.It’s in a great location as well, right in the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant is chill and relaxing. Very popular with great menu options.The whole hotel and Rooms are always clean and welcoming.

Lovely suite that accommodated 4 of us. Beautiful roof top restaurant with delicious breakfast and dinner. Staff very attentive.

Street noise was loud at night. Ask for third floor.

Gym a bit small.

Amazing location, with beautiful views of the city. The Hotel is super chic, with modern interiors and design yet a classic European Exterior. The location is central.

The late night noise/ early morning partying can be disruptive for families with kids. The bed for couples is a tight queen size and rooms are European size.

Excellent hotel and room was great! We arrived early in the morning, and since our room was available we were allowed to check in early. So nice! Also beautiful rooftop and breakfast. We will definitely stay again!

Great location & amazing staff, very friendly and helpful with all your needs. The front desk was always super quick in answering on whatsapp and fulfilling our needs. During the blackout, the staff of the rooftop restaurant was amazing and handled everything excellent as to ensure all the best for us. Also very clean hotel & lots of likes for the scented night towels! Will come again for sure!

The breakfast is good but we wish they change up the menu a bit daily.Great location, people watching from the balcony without getting wet while raining outside

the mattress and the pillows aren't that comfortable.it is a bit difficult to find the entrance of the hotel in the beginning because uber cannot access to the main lobby from the direction of the google map. We have to drag the luggages around the block and finally found the door from the main street but it isn't the main entrance, but we got it after all.
