Staff was friendly. Housekeeping kept the room neat multiple times a day- every time we stepped out we came back to a perfect tidy space. Staff was above and beyond.

The floor was stained and the toiletry set was not complete. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was very good.

My room had constant electrical problems, with the AC, not working with the lights not working with the outlets not working…

We have stayed in two rooms, conntected to each other for a week. The overall design elements of the hotel, the location of the hotel, the staff and cleanliness was perfect.

The standard rooms that we have booked were very small. Our rooms were facing a big wall and nothing else. I realised you have to book suites facing the front of the hotel. The gym was really small and not useful. The biggest problem we had is that the famous Bahr Restaurant was closed for the whole week for renovation so we didn't have the chance to eat at the hotel or spend time at the hotel. Not a proper lobby or lobby bar space that you can spend time at.

The included breakfast was amazing, the staff were kind and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The terrace where breakfast is served provides an excellent view of the Tagus river. The food was delicious and the service exemplary.

Staff at Breakfast not really attentive to guests, definitely no smiles on their faces.

The staff and so incredible. Friendly open natural helpful and genuine. Definitely returning !!! It was my sister’s birthday and they went that extra mile too. Cake and bubbles in the room. Just amazing.

The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river and the suspension bridge was the best thing. Waffles with sausage fried eggs and spinach a genius combination for pampering your tired guests!

The reception made a point to say out loud what he was thinking: you booked our lowest rate room - in front of another guest - when I asked if it’d be a nice room. Fortunately I have high self esteem haha. Maybe be a little more discretion in the future for your lowest rate guests. This is what a Leading hotels of the world destination demands. Also it will be a bit noisy at night when you have the lowest rate room- they are all facing the square.

Beautifully decorated and clean. Exceptional service from the staff. Breakfast and dinner at the BAHR restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the central location.
