the breakfast buffet was fair at best and the price of $18 pp wasn't worth it

The hotel is beautiful and close to everything. The staff was attentive and friendly. We loved that they had unlimited Port wine in the room and also in the lobby. They also had bread and mini pastel de nata available in the lobby all day.

Wonderful stay at Heritage Avenida Liberdade. Stylish, spacious rooms - larger than typical for the city centre - with very comfortable beds and spotless presentation. The stylish décor throughout the hotel adds charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect central location - walking distance to Baixa, Chiado, and Bairro Alto, yet peaceful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful character hotel. Brilliant location near Rossio the water front shopping bars and not far from the casting the older moorish part of the city. Staff helpful and happy

Ok, I would’ve preferred the bed to be softer. Otherwise, I cannot fault anything. This is a place where they pamper you. Free port and muscatel, free very tasty pastries, tea and coffee. Breakfast was included and is super. They even make you an omelette. Parking is such a fair price and they will do everything to help you (like navigate the tight spots on the way in). Staff is excellent! Room was spotless with nice views and shutters. Also, the room and bathroom are just very pretty. The bathroom also smells great. 24 hours (small) pool. Too bad I forgot my bathing suit. If they would sell them I would’ve bought it. Small enough (12 rooms?) to be and to feel very personal. Oh, and wonderful location (no need to navigate impossible Lisbon streets :-). I will be back.

Bed was too hard for me.

We loved the location, the warm welcome, the delicious breakfast, the comfortable communal areas, the design, the history, attentive friendly staff, the spotlessly clean characterful bedrooms

Nothing apart from the mattresses which we found to be rather hard for our liking but that is a personal preference

Great hotel overall. Location, staff service, breakfast, comfort of the room were all very good and we had no complaints or concerns.

I did try the swimming pool. It's a nice feature, but not big enough for much exercise

Gem of a hotel. Beautiful rooms. AMAZING bathroom with full size toiletries that was stuck to a wall with pumps. Excellent breakfast. Loved the complimentary snacks/water/tea and coffee offered all day.

I would have liked an nespresso (or similar) coffee machine in the room.

It is a very charming Hotel, excellent location, gives you the sensation of having your hommy space in a rainny and cold day in a foreign country. The staff is amazingly helpful and nice.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. This is a case of you get what you pay for. Good selection of quality food for breakfast and endless tea and coffee.

We had the Heritage Room for 4 nights. The room was spacious, view was beautiful and the bed was comfy. Pretty quiet for being in a busy area. The location is centrally located. The staff was amazing, brrakfast was delicious...everyrhing from yogart and granola, eggs, bacon and veggies, fresh fruits, cheeses, salmon, sardines, salad, breads, coffee, tea, fresh juices, champagne, nuts, pastries, served from 7am- 12pm. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day and the staff was able to accommodate us 1 more day. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.
