- Too many stairs to carry luggage. Outdated bathroom. No toiletries. Taxi drivers had hard time finding it but Uber drivers could find it.
- The perfume smell they used, it was hard staying in the lobby and we had to air out the room because it was so strong. The breakfast was sitting in the heat so not so freash and it cost me 8 euros... Way too expenaive for what it is.

The room was clean. Location is good.
Elevator is narrow and it stars from 1st floor.
Location and staff were absolutely perfect! Also the view of room 405 is lovely.
It's not exactly that I didn't like something, but I recommend some maintenance is done at the doors because the bathroom door was difficult to open and the balcony door couldn't be really closed
Cost, location
No kettle in room
Location, close to metro station, helpful staff.
The smell from the bathroom, the disgusting view from the window (that was a shame), the room photos during the booking time was misleading compared to the reality. Lift was not available. The bed was very unstable.
Breakfast was good. The location was perfect.
Include some Portguese specialties for breakfast such as Pastel de Nata
Everything ok, location grate, in the city center, just a bit scary at night if you’re a girl group or solo travelling. Fine througout the day.
Spacios, clean room, great staff.
The location is amazing. The staff were nice. The room was more than ample and was super quiet.
It's a non-smoking hotel, but a number of times my bathroom was FILLED with cigarette smoke. I told reception and it never happened again. Also, room 104 periodically had some sewage smell (maybe coming from the drains). I flushed the drains often, but the smell persisted. It wasn't overly bothersome for me as it's not uncommon in certain areas where I travel.
The location is excellent, it is in the city centre, the main objects are within walking distance. The staff is really friendly, the were always greeting us with big smiles on their faces. Also the room is very beautiful, clean and cozy.
The only downside of the room was the beds, they were very uncomfortable, the sleeping pad was too hard for us.
The hotel is located in an area where you can reach bus and metro easily, the staff were professional and friendly.
The hotel is located at a place where junkies get together during the night and shout till morning. Also the front door of the hotel faces garbage containers and the area does not look good.
location
The room is very outdated and lacks basic amenities (no glass, no kettle, some bathroom items are broken), and there’s an unpleasant smell. If possible, I’d appreciate another room option.
I liked the location of the hotel and the employees, nothing else!
The rooms were unacceptable, the view was horrific of an abandoned old building like a trash yard, the rooms were not anything like the photos they advertised, they have not been renovated, they were way too small, water came in from windows, there was no internet either.
Both my partner and I were very satisfied with the accomodation. We enjoyed that the hotel was located centrally in Lisboa, making it easy to move around the city center. We enjoyed the breakfast option and felt the staff were extremely helpful, in particular accomodating the early check in on Wednesday 5 November. The staff would regularly check in to see that we were enjoying our stay in Lisboa and also made the effort to book a taxi for us to the airport. We would highly recommend going back to Grande.
Good breakfast and value for money
I had a room with a bathtub but its rubber plug was missing. I informed this to the different people at the desk at least three times. Finally just a day before my checkout they gave me the plug but it was too loose so I couldn’t use the tub even once in my 4 nights stay. For a tourist who ends up walking an average of 15000 steps a day, a relaxing hot tub in the evening can be very helpful. I am disappointed about this. Otherwise the hotel is good
Great location. Super nice front desk staff. Arrived early, so they stored luggage until room was ready. Room was clean and simple. Like the balcony doors. Let in a lot of light and fresh air.
Not a big deal, but some portuguese decor on the walls would be nice. Make it feel a little less plain. Give some character. A small armchair would have been welcomed. Somewhere comfortable to sit when taking a break from exploring without having to sit on the bed.

Great location, nice breakfast, awesome staff.
Location is terrific, staff are friendly.
The room (#307) was extremely small (no more than 4m X 3m). The room looked like it shouldn't even exist in that location...more like an after-thought to cram another room on the floor between two hallways. Lighting was poor. Bathroom: shower door missing, water leaked out all over the floor. Told front desk but nothing was done. TV didn't work, also told front desk but nothing was done. Toilet did not flush properly...had to use the shower cord to fill the toilet for it to flush. The fan in the bathroom was too small to even attempt to clear the steam from the shower. When we closed the door of the room from the outside hall, the entire wall shook--like the door wasn't framed properly and the wall wasn't properly attached to the floor. Could hear everyone walking up and down the hallway and when people walked past our room, the night table and everything on it shook. The floor in the hallway seemed to be the same wood floor that ran under the wall into our room--no stability. Tiny window about .75m wide in the bedroom looked across to some other person's hotel room window. You could barely stand at the bathroom sink without touching the toilet. Although the ceiling in the bedroom is tall (about 3.5 m), we could still hear the people above us stomping around like elephants. The head of the bed in the room must be next to the bathroom in the next hotel room because we could hear the squeaks of taps and flushing of toilet every time it was used. The in-room safe also did not work...batteries held in place with tape. I have stayed in Guest Houses in Thailand (for 1/10 the cost of this place) that were better. We paid almost $176 Canadian per night for this. Not worth the price!! Looked online on Booking.
