Room and bathroom very small

The view was amazing, but the rest was average.

A very old place that made me feel insecure. There was no lock by key; only a chain on the door.

The breackfast was simple but plenty of choise, nothing to complain about that.. just that the cervice lady was not to nice, Russian and we had to listen to her personal phone conversation in Russian trough our whole breakfast, it was loud and very unprofessional.

The view from the Senhora do Monte hill is probably the best in Lisbon. The price is quite reasonable for the city center. The room was clean, with a comfy bed and perfect temperature for a December day.

The room interior and amenities (lighting, shower) are outdated. The hotel definitely needs a renovation. The check-in process was ridiculously long.

The staff were nice and helpful.

The shower had almost no water coming out of it which made showering difficult. After using the toilet we had to flush quite a few times before the waste would actually go down. The sheets were summer sheets and very cold for a winter night. The posting on the Booking app says they have parking available but fail to inform that you have to pay 30 euros to use it.

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Helped me to print luggage tags and let us check in early after our overnight flight. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was a nice bonus’s.

I liked the location; wonderful view of Lisbon from my window

The staff was not warm, I still don’t know if they have breakfast there or not. They only have one small pillow per bed, i’m sure I could have asked for more but I was surprised.

The room had a large terrace with a wonderful view of Lisbon's old town and the river. The staf was friendly and helpful.

Breakfasts were rather poor. The property needs renovation, but the view makes up for it.

The view is outstanding - could not imagine a better view anywhere else in Lisbon.

The rooftop was lovely - the breakfast was not very appealing and certainly not worth the cost. Would be nice to be able to access the roof at sunset....

If you love panoramic spots, this is where you get the full Lisbon picture! Quite central and easy to walk towards main attractions. The staff is nice and very helpful

The room amenities can be developed a lot more.

Great location if you wish to have a hotel with a VIEW15 to 20 minute walk down to city centre. Keep in mind you then have a uphill walk back to hotel.The hotel room and breakfast room VIEW was lovely!! Breakfast was sufficient with bread,meats, cheese and spreads, yoghurt and different fruit and cereals.

The view was absolutely stunning & Our balcony was amazing !!Diego at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and welcoming all the time!

Wow such a Beautiful view from the rooftop breakfast area. However, a bit more variety and attention to the daily breakfast would be a huge plus.

The room was a bit worn out - old cushions and chairs. 2 TVs are located on walls and are laptop-sizeNo kettle in the room.I had to leave the key at reception at all times, and then received a key for another room 2 times during a week stay, I don't think it increases safetyBreakfast options are limited, no coffee at 9:30, while breakfast is till 10. The kitchen personnel told they will not do another jug.Slow Wi-Fi.

The location and the view! It was stunning! Waking up with this view was my favorite thing and their sunsets were incredible. It located in the safe neighborhood, with amazing coffee shops, the best croissants from the convenience store! And the the best Wine bar “POP” right next to that.

Nothing to add it. The hotel is pretty old, but it didn’t bother me as much.

View was amazing! Location was great. Easy to walk to the castle and many wonderful restaurants. We stayed here because the hotel had a parking spot for our car. Wonderful staff. The air conditioning worked great.

The wifi was useless. When I first went into the toilet there was still some human feces floating in the toilet even though the "cleaned" label had been put on the toilet. Initially the room was hot and I could not get the aircon to turn on but after talking to the front desk they informed me that there is a hidden button on the thermostat to turn it on. After that the room was very cold. The breakfast is a joke though, but at least coffee and milk and the morning view is fantastic. I had to negotiate to get my laundry done within one day... They didnt seem happy to do my laundry but it got done so I had clean clothes for my last day there.

View was the best in the city. Room was simple, clean and comfortable.

Hotel has killer view, it is near one of Miraduro's of Lisbon, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. So people climb all that way to see the view from the spot, which you'll have it from your room. To me it made it well worth it. It also seems to be small family owned family, so it's another nice touch. You could always buy some water or Cola at reception. There are some cafes and places to eat nearby too.

Cleanliness could be slightly better. Leaving keys at reception is a bit unusual.

The view is exceptional, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff, particularly Diogo, very kind and welcoming. Very good value for money

We could have a room facing to a the castle and the old town of Lisbon. It was great to wake up for the view. The staff were very kind and helpful. I wish they had a bar open on the top floor. The space is only open for the breakfast. It’s a great hotel for those who are sightseeing during the day and come back to the hotel for a shower and sleep.

The shower curtain was moldy, not just a spot but the whole bottom line was black and smelled when we showered. The rest of the room and bathroom was very clean and nice.
