A room like this is the US would cost $---/night

The Bolt car service could not correctly locate the hotel on their GPS. That is not the hotel's fault, but it did affect my ability to get there. The second was that water from the shower would leak out unless I used a very low pressure setting.

Liked the room/size/pillows, location, breakfast and overall experience.

Locate in the city center, nearby of metro, and all other attractions of Lisbon.

The location was great. Lots of places to eat near and is on the start of the city centre. The room is very nice x clean, has cortesy water and kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast is fantastic for people with gluten intolerance, has sweet options and the bread is well cooked. And other stuff we can eat. Staff are great and so nice.

Location, super quiet while being in the center of the city. History of the place. Breakfast was super nice. Welcoming ginginha was a nice touch. All in all, probably the best value for money I've had while staying in Lisbon.

The location is very good and the staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice even though it was a bit small.

The room was quite small, like I wrote, but we did choose the cheaper option so there might be more roomy offers available for more money. It wouldn't have been a problem if there were no rain during iur stay as we would have spent more time outside

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the room was small (as expected), the room was clean. Nice view from our 5th floor window. Nice quiet street at night and we liked the central location. Breakfast was great. Thanks for the welcome drink, nice touch. Bar manager/waitress was very friendly. We have recommended your hotel to friends who will be in Lisbon in the spring.

We didn't really like the music in the restaurant. And the same music started automatically when we entered the room, so we always turned it off immediately. Really just a minor item.

Great location - near the center of Lisbon, 1-min walking from a subway station, and close to main attractions. Despite a central location, it's located in a small quite street. Staff is super nice and very helpful! Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is really central yet is just off the main road on a quiet street so there is very little noise from the street outside.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and very comfortable.

I loved everything about this place. The location was absolutely fantastic — you’re in the center, and all the main attractions are just a short walk away. The comfort of the room was great, and the atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even extended my stay for five more days because I enjoyed it so much. Truly an amazing experience!

The included breakfast was just excellent.

The shower stall was very slippery. Suggest to have a shower mat.

The hotel is lovely, room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to check in slightly early as our room was ready and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. The location is right in the centre and so easy to get places, it's also next to a metro station.

The breakfast was very good. The location is very central. Two staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious.

The staff could be friendlier. My interactions with staff was not great, except for one night staff and the bartender.

Not enough sockets in the room and in awkward places to charge, ones beside the lockers would be better.
